After inspecting all the test items, Duncan had gained a further understanding of Ai Yi's transportation capabilities and the nature of the items aboard the Homeloss.

Ai Yi could transport several different items at once, and these included organic and inorganic matter, transcendent objects, and ordinary objects. The type of objects did not affect the stability of the transportation process, nor did the transportation process affect the properties of the items themselves;

Some of the objects on the Homeloss, which clearly had "mobility," were actually "sub-units" under the control of a larger controlling consciousness, such as shells being sub-units of the ammunition system. Once they left the Homeloss, they would lose their mobility and become mundane;
