"Finally, I'm back!" Yichen muttered as he entered through the doors of the Hundred Swords Sect.

"What are you mumbling, Junior Yichen?" A soft and gentle voice asked him.

"Ah, nothing. I'm just happy that I managed to enter the sect, that's all." Yichen replied back.

"But are you sure nothing will happen, Sister Mei?" Then Yichen asked hesitantly.

"Of course, I talked with my grandma and she said she would handle it." Mei Ling answered with a reassuring smile. "She is the Missions Hall Master, you know."

"Then, that's good. I will thank you and your grandma for this." Yichen expressed his gratitude.

"There's no need." Mei Ling shook her hands. "You saved my life after all. What I did is not much."

"Hmmm. Thanks. You are kind and beautiful, Sister Mei." Yichen said with a smile.
