"Sir, what do you want to talk about?" Charles asked with a stiff smile. His expression was stiff because he was nervous and worried. If he displeased this man, then he was going to die before he could even take out his sword to fight. 

"I am here with a proposal. A plan for both of us to join hands in destroying the Istarin Empire."

Hearing this, Charles smiled.

The fear of being in front of a Calamity Class Cultivator that he had in his mind and heart instantly disappeared. 

Instead, his heart was filled with happiness. 

Although Charles did not show it to anybody, since he learned how strong Aditya was, he has been really worried and concerned. Even if he managed to raise an army of 20 million or even 50 million, that still might not be enough if they cannot do something about the Dragon Monarch.
