Fraus did not expect to hear these words from Belgrum himself.

He felt nothing when he heard that he had killed the son of his friend, but he still thought that

it was an unlucky situation. He would not feel bad when he encountered these kinds of things. Why would he feel bad when encountering these kinds of things, such as killing a close friend's son? 

Fraus tries to not kill and hunt people weaker than him.

People have no connection to starsign energy and go about their daily lives, growing old, and dying.

He tries to hunt down the ones in search of power. It makes more sense for him to kill people like that, as he believes there is no reason for him to waste any time on killing ordinary people. 

"It gives me no satisfaction that I killed it at all." 

In his eyes, killing ordinary humans who have no way to resist his murder is the same as crushing some bugs on the ground.
