Chapter 120: Reactions

Chiyo and Ebizo were still alive, though the injuries they sustained were extremely horrendous.

The two were arrested and seals were placed on their bodies, with Tsunade feeling that they could be used in negotiations for their peace talks.

Using them to force Suna to give away a large amount of compensation would cripple them far more than simply killing the two would do.

The battle that occurred was spread and remembered by many, as it was a momentous feat to be able to defeat an entire army with a single Jutsu, and then defeat the pillars of a Village.

~Sunagakure~

"WHAT!!! How did both Ebizo and Chiyo fall to Tsuande Senju!? Is she truly that powerful that she could defeat them both in battle?" The Third Kazekage questioned as he received the information from one of his ANBU agents.

He immediately sent envoys to Konoha as he knew how demoralizing this information would be to the army he was leading on his front.

But even more than that, the potential loss of Chiyo and Ebizo would practically cripple the Village, with Ebizo heading Sunagakure's intelligence unit and being a major part of their Village Council, while Chiyo led the Puppet Brigade and stood as a legend of Suna due to her battles with the Demigod Hanzo.

On the other hand, gaining them back would cripple the Village for years to come, and could even place Suna in an economic depression.

Speaking of the Demigod, the Kazekage wondered if he could replicate the feat achieved by Tsunade.

As he only felt a select few that were currently alive in the Shinobi World could be capable of such a thing, with that being his fellow Kage, the Tailed Beasts, and Hanzo.

However, the notion that an 18-year-old girl could be his equal seemed preposterous in his mind, though not unfeasible based on the facts that lay in front of him.

He could only hope he could negotiate an end to the war, with him knowing Konoha's main condition of the war would be them ceasing their hostilities and reimbursing them, which they would most likely be unable to pay.

Suna's lack of finances was the reason he began the war.

Now that he had no choice but to surrender, he could only pray the amount that Konoha demands wasn't too extensive, otherwise, it may spell the downfall of Suna.

~Iwagakure~

"I knew that child would grow to become trouble for us, I just didn't expect it to come so soon." Said Onoki as he sat at his desk.

While his strength had declined due to his age in the anime, he stood at the peak of his life, with his strength arguably being among the strongest in the world at the current time.

'There is also the fact that she was able to defeat Roshi, though the suppression of that information prevented our troops from being demoralized. Even if we suffered great casualties, we simply attributed the attack to Hanzo. I just wonder how Sunagakure will respond to this.' Onoki wondered.

"Tell Roshi to push forward in his attack once his troops have been fully healed. Also, let him know that I will be sending him reinforcements, as well as a battle plan that may be useful." Onoki said with a devilish grin on his face while thinking of his Viallage's win.

~Kumogakure~

"So that brat has gotten that strong?" A asked as he read over the report that his spies had given him.

While he didn't know how strong Tsunade was, he was confident that he could defeat her with his own strength.

If not for the various powerhouse clans that Konoha had, perhaps Kumo under his command may be the strongest Ninja Village.

"Make sure you let Asuka know of this information, I can bet she'd like to have a battle with the girl one day. Also, keep tabs on Tsunade in case she does anything eventful." A said before he turned his attention back to the war on their front, disregarding Tsunade.

While most would think he should place more emphasis on Tsunade, with how terrifying his personal strength was, it was understandable that he would not place too much focus on her.

~Konohagakure~

"We have just received news that Tsunade has not only destroyed the entire army of Sunagakure in the Rain, but she also single-handedly captured Ebizo and Chiyo of the Sand, otherwise known as the Honored Siblings. She is sending them to Konoha so that we can handle the negotiations with Suna." Hiruzen said with a smile as he looked toward the other council members.

Everyone in the room seemed shocked at the announcement, as they had just been told that Tsunade's troops suffered a surprise attack a few days prior.

So hearing that she had obliterated the Suna troops and captured two of the most important people in Suna made many astonished.

"So should we begin preparing for the negotiations?" Ashina asked as he looked at Hiruzen with a smile as the pride he had due to his niece was shown on his face.

"Yes." Hiruzen answered, with him having similar pride upon his face.
