Rose in black

It's dusk when she plays with her elder brother. He was just 2 years old from her, but he always took good care of her. She is stubborn, and he is the one who always fulfills her every desire and completes her idea, even what she says.

It was a beautiful place, a town named Homeland. There were many houses and many families live there. Children were also play their they cheering and running and laughing and also make jokes on each other.

" Why are you not playing yet? You said to me, we will play today and then tomorrow you will go back. Then whom would I play with?"

She said to her brother while walking on the pathway and playing by jumping up and down .

She wore a beautiful black frock of velvet with red flowers on it which make her more beautiful. She always preferred short frocks in her dress. Her hair was pure black like the dark night and she moved her hair here and there by shaking her head.

After two or three minutes, David was not answering and appeared like he was busy in his thoughts.

"Why are you not answering me??"

She said sadly and a little angrily.

".. .. Sigh. ... Why do you behave like this??"

He was still in thoughts and walking on the road with pressed feet and was move the racket between his palms in a circular direction.

" And now look, you do not walk properly. What's wrong with you???"

He still gave no response and walked again, he moved slowly, so slowly that he just completed a step and Rose covered the whole road by jumping every step and every time questioned him again and again.

Rose's POV

I am so happy today because, after a long time, my loving brother came home after the death of mom dad. But he never accept that mom dad were died in an accident. He still thought someone killed them and I think that's why he was in tension and worry about them but no proves and clues was found by police that it was a murder. I don't want to talk about that day because I don't want to make myself and David unhappy but he behave so rude and ignoring me so I think I have to talk about this. May be he found some clue about the murder of parents. I think I have to talk about it.

"Is there something related to mom and dad's accident in your thoughts??"

David looked at me so angrily, sadly and a little confused, truthfully speaking, now I'm in confusion, what he thought. But he replied after a minute.

"Yeah...., I....Am... Think.... About that."

His voice is full of anger and sadness and he speaks by breaking whole sentences and speaking every word separately after a long pause. Now I'm just curious what he thought about that and why he does not share it with me. So that's why I asked about that.

" Do you want to share it with me?"

"Hmmm.... Ok"

" Then, tell me what you thinking."

" I don't know if you believe me or not and maybe you also think, like others, that I became mad and angry after our parent's death and that's why I thought it was an accident..... .. but I.... I... I just want to know how that was done."

" No David, please don't think that I thought like others.. I'm your sister. They are also my parents and I also missed them and I am sad about why that accident occurred, you can tell me everything which you thought or want because I trust you the more in the world. "

" Yeah, but I don't want to give you any tension."

"Tension?????? You talk about tension, but I think, after my parents, you was forgot me and you was not care about me. If you have, then why had been you leave me alone at home?? Why had been you leave me behind there??? Why had been you leave me in this darkness???"

The tone of my voice changed because I furious on him. Because all that days revolving like memories in my mind after the death of mom and dad.

Suddenly, all of the views and houses and children have disappeared. There is no light remaining. It is full darkness. No one was there. The road is empty and houses appear like ghosts' houses.

Rose walks alone and runs here and there to find her house. She badly forgot everything and does not know what to do and where to go??? His brother who walked along with her disappeared and nobody was there. Suddenly, a gate opened and a little girl ran into the house. Rose ran and followed that little girl and knocked on that door where she was going. The gate was covered in black color and everywhere it was dark night. Some voices of microorganisms and frogs had appeared there. Her hair was tangled and she wore a dirty green dress on which many spots were found. In her nails, all the mud and dirt were found. She was with naked feet.

She knocked on the door and the door opened automatically. There was a large courtyard in the house and then a balustrade and many pillars were standing between them. This was a double-story house and it looked so horrible like a story or in horror movies. Before saying a word she decided to go out of there, but suddenly the voice of a child came who was laughing and then said in a horrible and very screaming voice:

"Grandma is in front of you."

I thought that I had to see her back again in the yard. Maybe that old lady was there. But I became stunned when I saw that the old lady was just an inch after me. I became afraid and fell on the floor. Then again the voice of a little child came in laughing badly and horribly, which increased from second to second as she came near to me, but it was too dark to see any body or anything. With that child, this old lady also started to laugh and said:

"Are you scared?"

Both started laughing horribly again. But at this time, I could see the white, shining and sharp teeth of that old lady. Those teeth do not look like a normal human's.

"My granddaughter loves to scare people and I do this to make her happy."

I just looked here and there to get out from this hell but it was no use. I started to fear a lot and did not know what to do. That old lady is above on me and her nose touched my nose and I can see her wrinkled face. Then, I suddenly moved back to go behind and leave from her that she became out on mine, to the tiles and went outside, and shut the door quickly and strongly and then ran faster and faster, unknowingly, I had not know where?
