Relics and Sigils

Samaria let out a desperate sigh as she stared at Baba.

"The Chalice… our family had been protecting the relic for years before you were even born and you handed it to a Lycan," Samaria uttered. After hearing what Baba told her, she could practically guess what happened to the relic that had been with the Munik Family for centuries.

"When you told me you were chosen to become the next guardian of the library of knowledge, I thought you had removed yourself from worldly emotions. To think that you would do this to our ancestors."

"No one knows anything about the relic," Baba said. "It was something that could protect us. I thought giving it to someone that needed protection would give it justice."

"Justice, you say?"Samaria snorted. She looked at the now dark skies. Baba had been here for a few hours and now, the skies have started to darken. Sadly, it looked like the sky was as empty as her current heart. "The relic was a gift, Babaylan."
