Arabella's POV

Matthew came as expected, and there were so many things I wanted to tell and ask him, but I knew Regina monitored our movements, and everything was recorded. I am impressed with Regina's ability, and I give her credit for being clever.

"Thank you for coming, Matt; now that everything worked out according to my plan, I guess there is nothing left for me on this island; at last, we can now freely leave this island with Regina's help," I said louder than necessary after he came and kissed me on the lips.

We were still standing near the bed, and I didn't let go of him as I curled my arms around his neck. I wanted to make Regina believe her accusations were correct even if I didn't feel anything towards my ex romantically.
