Max gazed search around him for a while, "Where's Jake?"

"He's checking around. He should be back soon."

Max took a deep soothing breath. He didn't want to rush it but he has to because of Jessica. He won't allow anything to happen to her.

Whatever Charles was planning won't work.

"Where were you when Jessica was kidnapped?"

Max looked back at him now. He tried to relax, " I was making the antivirus."

Steve's face brightened up, "And where's it?*

Max looked away now, " I couldn't finish."

The men walked out again but this time with a gun in their hands.

Steve shook his head slightly with pity, "Zombies don't kidnap. And if they just do, then it must be for a reason." The face that has to brightened up at the acknowledgment of the news has now formed a hard one.

" Yes, I know Charles wanted her," Max butt in impatiently, there were needs in his eyes. All he wanted to do was rescue Jessica.

Steve nodded in acceptance, " I know. But why do you think he wanted her?"
