Lukas was coming back to the place where Lakshmi was. His superior was clearly anxious, waiting for him.

When she finally saw him, she sighed in relief. "Took you long enough! I thought you were never coming back again," she said.

Lukas then lowered his head slightly. "S-Sorry," he said with a sad face.

Lakshmi then made a short break before scoffing. "It's okay! At least you were here on time. If you had been late, I wouldn't have let you stay with me," she said.

Lukas then raised his brow slightly. 'What?! She hadn't told me that! It probably is a bluff,' he thought before smiling warmly. "I am glad you are so kind, Mrs. Lakshmi," the blonde boy said.

Lakshmi then seemed a bit taken aback with that sentence from Lukas, however, she soon pulled herself together by clearing her throat. "Just... come with, me I'll introduce Arin to you," the woman said before turning around.
