After returning from the dungeon, Seiya was in his room looking at his status to see if some stats have gone high.

"Three skill level cards and a bunch of System Points... not exactly what I hoped for," Seiya muttered, a tinge of disappointment in his voice. He had anticipated a genuine dungeon delve, yet it turned out to be more of a trial run, yielding only system points.
Still, the silver lining lay in the skill upgrades now at his fingertips. With these, he could boost any skill up to a whopping three ranks instantly. Take Flash Steps, for instance—he could vault it from a measly Rank E to a formidable Rank B, matching the prowess of most Gotei 13 captains.
While these rewards should have left him elated, there was the looming challenge of a Kengan Match against Rihito of Yoshitake Yoshiro. Seiya, confident in his strength to face formidable opponents, nonetheless harbored hopes of some dungeon tricks to ease his victory in this crucial match.
"Guess there's no easy way out," he mumbled to himself, resigned. His system was decent enough; minor setbacks shouldn't ruffle his feathers. "Alright, time to dip into those system points."
With resolve, Seiya accessed his system panel, curious to see how many points he'd need to invest.

"Looks like I'm narrowing it down to upgrading [Hand-to-Hand Combat D] and [Flash Steps E]," Seiya remarked, surveying his options.
[Hand-to-Hand Combat D] could only ascend to Rank C, limited by its non-'named' status. Still, it promised a level playing field against any opponent. Seiya considered seeking out Kerei Kotomine to learn Bajiquan, a skill that melded magic and combat, transcending conventional fighter capabilities. It was a tough decision considering we are talking about learning from a psychopath, one he'd mull over later.
On the flip side, there was [Flash Steps E], a skill that could potentially skyrocket to Rank S. This would render him virtually invincible, a match for even Yoruichi in that discipline. The catch? It would devour mana at an alarming rate. Seiya decided against it; the upgrades weren't a necessity for the time being. It wasn't like he wanted to master Ultra Instinct.
[Hand-to-Hand Combat D -> C. 1000 points have been deducted.]
[Flash Steps E -> A. 16500 points have been deducted.]
"Ugh!" Seiya grimaced. Even though he was a liberal spender, the hefty point deductions stung a bit. Well, those system points were meant to be spent, he rationalized.
Then, a newfound understanding flooded him. Whether boxing or basic martial arts, Seiya felt an innate comprehension of every combat form known to humankind. Simultaneously, the muscles in his feet tightened, granting him an almost ethereal sensation—he felt like he could... fly.
[STR has been increased by 2 points due to related skill upgrade.]
[AGI has been increased by 10 points due to related skill upgrade.]
The system notifications brought tangible results, enhancing Seiya's strength and agility.
"Now we're talking!" Seiya grinned, closing the status screen and deciding to put his upgraded skills to the test. With a window push, he effortlessly ascended ten feet into the air, relishing the sensation.
"I feel like I can fly!" he sang, the brisk May wind brushing against his face. Careful not to unleash his Flash Step recklessly, Seiya found he could practically stroll through the air.
In simple terms, Flash Step is like moving a big distance in just one step. Think of it this way: at Rank C, Seiya could zoom a whole meter forward with just a single step. Now, with Rank A, it's even cooler. He doesn't need to touch the ground; he can just use magic to sort of push himself forward. And guess what? Seiya's got some muscle, so bumping into a building or two doesn't bother him much. It's like a speedy, magical, crash-friendly way of getting around!
Ahem, let's not get carried away.
As he hopped around the city, enjoying his newfound abilities, he couldn't help but witness a peculiar scene. A naked man on the second-floor balcony met his gaze, caught in the midst of a couple's heated argument about whether the wife was cheating on her husband.
"Nani!?" the naked man exclaimed before stumbling and plummeting face-first from the second floor.
"Oh my god!"
"See? You were cheating on me!"
The couple rushed out, finding the bloodied man.
Seiya shook his head, baffled by the dangerous cocktail of money and lust that led people to cheat. As a harem protagonist, he mentally pledged to shield his girls from such predators.
Without dwelling on it too much, Seiya continued his nighttime venture until the distant sound of gunshots caught his attention. Racing toward the disturbance, he stumbled upon two girls pummeling someone.
"What the heck?" Seiya sweat dropped, intrigued by the unexpected scene before him. His girlfriends, Utaha Kasumigaoka and Isuzu Sento covered in blood of a… mini colossal titan?!
