Chapter 84: Angel's Sister

'She is unchanged from the story, no, she is more like an angel in real…' Seiya thought as he watched the path where the girl just left.

'Oh right, the book.' He then saw the book in his hand. The reason he came here in the first place but he didn't want to continue since his heart was already healed after just a short meeting with the Shoko.

"Let's finish this anyway…" It was The Tale of Genji that Seiya has never read so he was a little excited to read the book. After all, it was the first harem novel in the history of Japanese culture.

It was then Seiya instinctively dodged something or someone coming after him.

"Aa!"

It was a short boy wearing a red and white jersey.

"How did you dodge that?" The boy asked.

Seiya palmed his face and shook his head. Seiya didn't know where the hell this pipsqueak was hiding but if Shoko existed so do 'he'.

"So should I answer your question or dial to police for assaulting me?" Seiya raised his brow.

Even though he looked pissed, he just wanted to tease this kid.

"Yes, it is the rule around here. If you talk to Shoko, I have to kick you." The boy said and stance to kick again but refrained upon seeing Seiya's glares.

"And why is that?" Seiya folded his arms and smirked.

The boy smirked and raised his hair near Seiya's face.

"We use the same shampoo."

"Hmm, I guess so. She smelt better though." Seiya sniffed the boy's hair and nodded.

"You… You pervert! Don't you get the point? We bathe together and we are going out so don't talk to her!"

Seiya sighed and dialed something on his phone.

"Moshi Moshi Keisatsu Desu ka? (Hello, is this the police?) I have incest to report."

"No!" The boy jumped and snatched the phone from Seiya.

The boy then glanced at Seiya with rosy cheeks and asked, "H-how did you know…?"

"That you are Shoko Nishimiya's sibling? I have keen senses and you guys' facial cuts matches." Seiya said and took the phone from the boy.

"Humph, so what?! As her brother, I must protect her!" The boy snorted and folded his arms.

Seiya sighed and crouched down to match his height.

"Look kid, I know flats are cheap but it doesn't mean that you will become a boy," Seiya smirked.

The kid didn't get at first before his face turned red, "Y-y-you pervert!!"

That's right; Seiya knew that the boy-looking kid is a chick. From his appearance, it was not hard to identify her as Shoko's sister.

"Name's Seiya Kanie. Come and sit so that we can talk at ease." Seiya said and then sat down on the near bench and opened his book.

"Who said I would talk to you?!" The tomboy girl grunted but followed Seiya anyways and sat down beside him, "Yuzuru Nishimiya."

"Since I will be calling Nishimiya, your sister, I will call you Yuzuru. Is that alright?"

"We are not that close!"

"So Yuzuru, are you into photography?" Seiya asked as he glanced at the camera hanging around the girl's shoulder.

Yuzuru stared at Seiya before she sighed with rosy cheeks, "Yeah, I am into taking photos."

"Hmm, my father is also into this. He is setting his own studios."

"Really?!" Yuzuru turned excited but then noticed he was out of character so she shook her head and spoke, "That's not the point, why did you approach my sister?"

"Hey, you are speaking like I am some kind of pervert who approached your sister with an ulterior motive!"

Yuzuru blankly stared at Seiya.

"Think whatever you want. And for your information, I have a gir- I mean I just want to be pure friends with Nishimiya."

Seiya refrained from revealing his love status. He didn't want to put a barrier between him and Shoko. It would hinder his friendship but he also didn't want to approach her like other girls. He liked Shoya and Shoko as a couple so he had no intention to meddle between them.

If Shōko approaches Shoya then it would be her choice and Seiya would respect it. Besides, the girl is too pure to be with playboy like Seiya.

"…I see." Yuzuru decided to believe in him and nodded. She then noticed something, "Aren't you AyiesONE from the Amagi Brilliant Park?"

"So you noticed?" Seiya smirked, "That's right, I am that super awesome and handsome dude celebrity."

"…wow, to think the person I admired turned out to be this weirdo…" Yuzuru was speechless.

She didn't want to tell but she was.big fan of his music. She always listens to his new songs. His latest song, Sayonara brought her to tears.

She thought the person would be a super handsome and good guy but after meeting Seiya in person, her image for him shattered. Well, he is handsome and charming but his weird personality was just overbearing for her.

"And don't you dare reveal anything anywhere." Seiya said and glared at Yuzuru.

Yuzuru flinched with terror and immediately waved her hands, "Don't worry! I won't!!"

She then looked at the book and asked, "So what kind of book is that?"

Although there is not much to talk about, she didn't want to leave just yet. There is something that she was curious about him. Shoko was acting like she knew Seiya before so Yuzuru wanted to observe Seiya's character a little more.

"It's The Tale Of Genji."

"Wait, that classical book? I have only heard its name and actually never read it."

"Same here. Let's read together." Seiya smiled and started to read.

"So Hikaru Genji first fell in love with Utsusemi who was the wife of the Iyo Deputy and stepmother of the Governor of Kii. Since it was forbidden love so Genji beds little Kogimi, Utsusemi's younger brother…. for Genji "found the boy more attractive than his chilly sister," as a replacement for her…"

Seiya was terrified as to what the fu*k he just read. It was supposed to be classic, right?!! Yuzuru had the same terrified expression.

"Let's ignore this part. I am sure that next part would be good." Seiya suggested.

"Yeah… I hope." Yuzuru nodded.

Seiya then decided to read more.

"Genji adored his stepmother Lady Fujitsubo who was also the favorite consort of Emperor Kiritsubo. They fell in love…."

Seiya started to sweat. This doesn't seem to go in the right direction.

"As a result of Fujitsubo and Genji's forbidden love, she bore a boy, later Emperor Reizei, to Genji when he is 19, but almost no one knew the truth of his birth, and the child was raised as a prince and son of Emperor Kiritsubo…"

Seiya immediately closed the book and took a deep breath.

Seiya, "…"

Yuzuru, "…"

"So... you wanna exchange numbers or something? I couldn't get your sister's contract so I could get her through you." Seiya raised his brow as he changed the topic.

"What gives the impression that I will give you my contract? I still have no idea why you approached Shoko in the first place?" Yuzuru retorted.

Seiya grinned, "Ho? Are you sure you don't want to keep me in check? I will be meeting her in the future."

Yuzuru twitched her lips and then wrote her contact info on a paper. Seiya also sent her number and added her.

"Say…" Yuzuru then spoke, "What do you think about Shoko?"

Seiya thought and rubbed his chin, "I didn't talk much but I could tell that she is a human with the heart of an angel. She is someone who would smile to make others not worry for her sake even if she is in deep pain. A person who has right to be loved and respected."

Yuzuru smiled and jumped from the bench, "Hmm, just once, I will allow you to talk with Shoko but don't you dare upset my sister."

"Humph. I am Seiya Kanie. This venerable one is born for greatness and there is none whom he can't make happy." Seiya flicked his hair and folded his arms.

"…" Yuzuru was convinced that Seiya is a narcissist… but okay to be friends with her sister. At least she won't have to hear his idiotic comments.

She then just waved her hand and ran away.

"These sisters like to run." Seiya smiled and stretched his arms. His eyes then fell on the same book and his curiosity kicked.

"Just for research purposes." Seiya opened the book again and began reading.

Yuzuru entered the bath and saw Shoko soaking in the bathtub.

Yuzuru first cleansed her body then jumped in the tub too.

{I met that boy.} Yuzuru said in sign language and asked, {Do you know that guy?}

Shoko beamed a cheerful smile and nodded, {He is the boy who gave me my last hearing aids?}

"Really?!" Yuzuru widened her eyes and Shoko nodded.

Yuzuru was kind of surprised. She remembered Shoko returning with hearing aids from the hospital but who gave her and why was still unknown until today.

It was her only hearing aid that lasted for more than 4 years. It was also from the Trust and easily exchangeable.

No wonder Shoko looked so happy. It looks like she remembers him but he doesn't.

Well, Yuzuru was happy for her sister. Seiya was at least not a jerk who would bully Shoko.

She then dipped underwater and made bubbles with her mouth. Her eyes then fell on her chest.

'Who said flats are cheap? Flat is justice!'

With rosy cheeks, both sisters silently stayed in the water while recalling today's event. One had some respect for Seiya while the other developed a feeling that is yet to be figured out.
