Sakura looked sad she don't know how to say Itsuki that he could die anytime because his life energy is completely gone . Even naruto can't feel his life force it's like he is already dead but somehow he is alive.

" We checked and test many things about your body and illness . I am sorry to say but according to medical report you can die anytime ...."

If guess of Itsuki's true then when he will in his twenties he will not become older. He will live to eternity . since he can't get killed he will undoubtedly travel in another world or maybe he can even go his original world.

Since he had both Rinnegan he got amount of chakra of jinchiruki even his chakra is more.

ever since Itsuki had practice chakra suppression method that why when he was unconscious subconsciously his body react his own .

when his chakra was growing it's body started suppresing his Chakra his own. when they were checking Itsuki his Rinnegan subconsciously turn off.
