"Sigh, I am getting flashbacks to all those MMOs I played back in the day; oh well, time to grind," Brance ruefully said as he set about chipping away at the cloudy uncut stones. 

It took him a couple of minutes, but eventually, Brance finished hacking away at the uncut Opal, polishing it from its lackluster cloudy form into a brilliantly shining jewel. With the first Opal finished, Brance held the stone to the light before noticing some notifications were rolling in; the most surprising notification came in the form of a new hidden stat.
