Lunch With The Family

**NOLAN'S POV**

I was waiting outside of the house when Addie and Briar came walking back. I wouldn't say that I was waiting for them specifically, but I just didn't have anything else to do. So, I was standing here, watching in the direction that I knew that Addie would be coming from. That was why I just so happened to see her the moment that she came out of the trees.

My sharp wolfish eyes were able to pick up every move of hers even though she was across the village. She wouldn't be able to see me yet, not with her human eyes. Still, I was enjoying my view. I wasn't even looking at Briar, just Addie. I didn't care what he looked like, what he was doing, or anything else. I was solely focused on her.
