"Oh! it was my negligence. I was busy feeling leaning on you and trying to save my breath that I forget about it. Now, that you have reminded me, can you let go of my chin? It is hurting me," Lucas nonchalantly apologise as he asked Adrian to let off the grip on his chin.

Adrian stiffly laughs feeling embarrassed. He could detect sarcasm in Lucas's voice clearly but what could he do it was his mistake after all.

He quickly let go of Lucas's smooth chain. How can it be not smooth when it was shaved in the morning. He had seen Lucas making his hair and cleaning himself with utter care for the date.

Adrian didn't dare to talk with Lucas much, fearing he would only anger him. So for a while, there was a comfortable silence surrounding them.

However, soon the silence was broken and it was the beginning of yet another long war between them.
