"How did it go?" Aurora asked when she felt the bed sink from someone sitting on it. She didn't need to open her eyes to know that it was Vincent. Who would be so bold to enter his home and come this close to her when he had just risen from the dead?

"I thought you went to sleep in your own bedroom," Vincent removed a strand of hair from her face so that it wouldn't bother her. 

"I was..." Aurora yawned, still tired from her journey. "But then I realized when you return you wouldn't be able to enter the room with me asleep. I was going to start claiming your room as mine anyway."

"I see. Back to your earlier question, Cecilia did not want to admit to the things she knew Graham had done at first. In the end, I had to drag her out of her home and she then decided to speak. She could change her mind now that she has an empty space for her to think."
