A quick reminder for everyone, Corn, your sexy writer, likes to misguide you all. So, who knows what theories are true, only that I like to toy around various threads only leaving one in the end.
Because the note above wasn't enough, I will add, no one has truly discovered who those two are. Everything so far has been a line of misdirections. Now, this does not break the theory who the MC parents are, you guys might be right on that one, won't confirm.

After my conversation with Adara, and Vest, I briefed the girls on the situation, explaining to them what little I knew about the mysterious pair. I wanted them to know everything they could about them, I felt they had to know.
After I was done explaining the situation to them as best as I could.
The girls nodded, both rushing to me, giving me a big hug, saying they trusted my judgment, but failed to understand, like me, the motives of Adara and Vest.
With Em deeply questioning if Vest was even her friend, to which I replied yes, telling her I doubted the pair to be liars, placing them in a different category, one similar to Fury.
Nick was my friend, but he wasn't always honest with me.
Not to say he would lie to me.
But, he would omit facts to shape things to his liking.
These two were just like that.
Their words carried nothing but the truth, of that I couldn't help but be sure of it, but, even though they weren't lying, they were keeping a lot of things to themselves.
Things that I wanted to know, but didn't necessarily make them enemies.
Nat understood this faster than Em. And like me, I could see she now wanted to unfold more of them.
"They will keep us safe during this upcoming war then?" Nat asked, going over our talk.
"Yes," I nodded, "Knull will use anything he can to weaken me, and that includes you two. I can deal with losing anyone else, it will pain me, but I will survive that pain, he knows that, so he will use my love for you two, to break me."
"If only we were stronger," Emily muttered, looking down.
I smiled, patting her on the head, "Em, you are stronger than me when I was your age, you two are, by a lot, at your age I was but a kid, I had no martial arts training, or magic for that matter. In time, you two will be strong enough to face most of the things I want to shelter you two from, give it time."
"I just… I wished I wasn't so weak, because if I wasn't, I would be able to fight by your side, I would need no protecting, and… perhaps, I would be able to protect you," Emily muttered, tears forming on the corners of her eyes.
I laughed, pulling her into a bear hug, "Let me clarify something, for the two of you, no matter how powerful you two grow to be, or how old you grow to live, I will never, ever, stop protecting you two."
"I pity the poor boys or girls that try to romance us," Nat chuckled.
"They will wish to be Knull, because his destiny it's a whole lot better than theirs," I replied, in a cold unwavering tone.
"Daddy!" Emily giggled.
"Remember what I told you girls, you can't date anyone until you two are older than me," I nodded.
"But… that… that would never happen, you are immortal," Nat replied.
"Exactly," I nodded.
"That's okay, boys are dumb anyway," Em giggled.
"Wait until you hit puberty," Nat rolled her eyes, before giving me a look, "You won't freeze us in time, right?"
"Me? No…" I chuckled nervously.
"...." Nat narrowed her eyes on me.
"I was thinking more along the lines of erasing puberty from existence all together," I grinned.
"...."
"I was joking," I chuckled, "Kind of."
"I mean, I don't mind, puberty sounds terrible, the books the ancient one has about the subject gave me nightmares, I mean, why do we have to bleed once a month!" Em shuddered.
"Don't worry baby," I smiled, giving her a kiss on the head, "I am a literal god, whatever problems you two face when… that moment comes, I will help you."
"Thanks," Em smiled, before giving me a ponderous look, "Daddy how is puberty for boys?"
"Nothing… too big really, we just really start smelling like crap," I replied with a chuckle.
"Eww!" Emily giggled.
"Yep, but that's nothing that a bath won't fix, then again, most teenagers from the male side seem to be allergic to water," I hummed at the thought.
"Not like that is puberty only," Nat snorted.
"True, but it only intensifies when you get there," I shrugged.
"Boys sound yucky," Emily giggled.
"Good," I nodded.

Done with my conversation with the girls, I moved to explain everything to Bucky, The Ancient One, Thor and Sif.
Bucky, while not a fan of the idea, understood my reasoning.
The rest had no solid opinions about the subject.
The Ancient One mostly seemed worried about two beings of unknown power roaming around, mostly after I elaborated on the fact my powers to gather information didn't work on them.
Thor simply decided to trust me, saying I had yet to make a bad decision about anything, which I considered to be debatable, but nonetheless, appreciated the sentiment.
Sif was neutral on the matter, being mostly glad these unknowns were not enemies for the time being.
"There's one thing that worries me, Mr. Walker," The Ancient One said, getting my attention.
"About Adara and Vest?" I asked.
"No, I mean, yes, they worry me, but if you can't do anything about them, we stand no chance, if anything I am glad they seem to be on our side, but that's beyond the point," The Ancient One sighed, shaking her head, "What worries me is… how Knull reached Emily. The seal remains unbroken, his powers should be bound to the void, and yet, he managed to reach outside his cage. I'm sure you know this, but that should not be possible, not unless…"
"Not unless he had help, or the seal it's on it's last threads," I replied, finishing her sentence.
"I incline towards the latter," Thor said, turning to look at me, "Had he had any help, you would've probably know it before it even happened, your powers seem to work on intent and reaction, meaning once you have an intent to do something, a quest appears, or in this case, when something that directly affects you, a quest appears by a reaction."
I nodded, "That's usually the case, not always, but for the most part it is."
"Meaning the days are running out," Bucky sighed.
"How prepared are we?" Sif asked.
"Not nearly enough," I replied, running my hands through my hair, "We still need to conquer earth so that I can use my powers to keep Knull's army out. Beyond that, we still have to arm all of our forces with weapons that can effectively deal with the horde of symbiotes, in short, we are still pretty green in terms of preparations."
"I have a question, what do you mean by conquering earth so that you can use your powers to keep his army out?" Thor asked.
"Well, it's not conquering really, not like you know, it's more like a… shadow conquering I suppose. I will take control over Earth's factions, and those who hold control over it, gaining the power to create somewhat of a sealed space so to speak, which would allow me to block anyone weaker than me from entering the planet."
"I see, and for that, your power requires no opposition," Thor nodded.
"Exactly," I nodded.
"Then I propose you do that to the nine realms as a whole," Thor said, putting his hand on my shoulder.
"For that to happen, those in control would have to willingly accept me as their superior, otherwise I would have to forcefully take control," I replied.
"Worry not," Thor beamed at me, "I will give you the crown, and so will the other Kings and Queens after I explain to them what's going on, besides, they won't cry as much when I explain to them it's a momentary situation."
I smiled, "So you would crown me King," I chuckled.
"That's actually a brilliant idea Thor," The Ancient One smiled, "Having the nine realms as our bases of operation is a genius move, tactically speaking."
"Well, I am mighty intelligent," Thor beamed at the praise.
"For a doorknob," Bucky snorted.
"A very intelligent, handsome, and mighty doorknob!" Thor shot back with an even larger grin.
"Children please," Sif sighed.
"It might be a good idea to recruit other planets into this war," The Ancient One added.
I nodded, "I was planning on recruiting Xandar, their tech would come in handy."
"And so would Carol's power," The Ancient One nodded.
