Alright, to explain Kaga's [Rewind]

She can only Rewind atm

And she can't do it infinitely, its not the nature of the quirk but her hack ability of "Imagination"

Take for example another fic "Time Stops When I'm With Her"

Sakuya can manipulate time almost as if breathing, and she has no backlash from it.

Kaga however can't repeatedly do it since its not the quirk's nature, due to that it saps her energy fast

Some might say, does that mean she can contend with a time manipulator?

Nope...atm not...Rewind is a basic branch of Time Manipulation

Just like with Kaga's ice abilities, anything related to ice is dirt cheap when it comes to using it.

But branching out of it is going to be more expensive, just like when using Frozen Time...its energy taxing to use
