Unwelcome Guest X

"If it was just this though, it would merely be a paltry trick unworthy of consideration." Morgan coldly stated but closed her mouth without continuing, leaving the continuation for Scathach to explain as she had been previously doing.

"Indeed." Scathach nodded.

"Trying to maneuver to get into an advantageous position is a fine practice when it comes to negotiation, so long as it stops before reaching a level where you are simply entrapping and scheming against the other party." She continued.

"Because if you go that far, that that is simply a telltale sign that you do not attach importance to the relationship and are perfectly fine with it being broken. Either that or you're arrogant enough to believe the other party would never sniff out your schemes." The queen of Dun Scaith explained.

"Enough beating around the bush! What has got you all so twitchy?" Rias was growing impatient, interjecting with an impertinent tone.

A quick glared from Scathach, a woman that butchered gods for fun, instantly shut her up, making the young devil shiver in fear by the mere pressure of a single stare.

Grayfia, who beyond Jun and his wives was the most powerful individual in the room, was the only one to realize just a bit of how dangerous Jun's group might be.

The little leak in Scathach's aura she used to scare Rias was enough to reveal to the silver haired maid that she was a force to be reckoned with, even by her standards as a Super Devil.

Moving on however, after Scathach scared Rias into silence, she proceeded with her explanation ignoring the redhead in an utter show of dismissal which was definitely far more effective and getting the message across than a mere scolding.

"Like I was saying, going to far in your maneuvering is a bad idea if you care enough about a relationship that you want to avoid a complete fallout. In this particular case, the offensive scheme laid not in the little plan to earn some good wil should husband refuse the invitation to the Underworld."

"No. The real issue, lies in what Sirzechs Lucifer intended to happen should our husband accept the invitation. It was most certainly not just a matter of convenience and efficiency as he would want us to believe, but something far more elaborate." Scathach revealed.

"Should husband accept the invitation, he would be travelling with a rather small entourage so as to not needlessly provoke the other party."

"That in turn, means he would find himself in the core of Devil territory, inside a gathering of all of the most powerful figures of the Devil Race who no doubt would bring their most trusted guards with them." The Queen of Dun Scaith finally got to the juicy part.

"Did this fool plan to take the opportunity to murder our husband?" Penthesilea asked with bubbling rage seeping into her tone.

Sensing things were going in a bad direction, Grayfia moved to intervene.

After all, while the reasoning seemed solid and it was not that far fetched her husband would do such a thing even though it was a part of her husband she most definitely liked to pretend didn't exist, the silver haired maid did not believe Sirzechs considered Jun a target for elimination.

Before she could interject however, Scathach herself moved to dispel that assumption.

"Not really no. At least that should not be his main plan." The Queen of Dun Scaith calmed things down.

"The plan was most likely to use the extremely advantageous position his group would be in to pressure our husband into accepting some of the terms the Devils proposed. A moved based on an assumption, a correct one, that husband does not wish to become hostile with the Devil Race."

"He would then most likely take an apologetic attitude and throw the guilty at Factions like the Great King Faction which neither he nor us particularly like." She concluded.

Still, even that much was already enough to to leave the amazon as enraged as Morgan already was but, that was not the end at all.

"Despite this being the plan however, I haven't the slightest of doubts that he has made preparations to trap and possible murder our husband or hold him hostage should the negotiations break down." Scathach added, making the atmosphere in the room even chillier if that was even possible.

"Additionally, if our husband figured out the scheme inside the gathering and decided to pretend to agree to terms and back out after reaching safety, it would ruin husband's reputation in terms of trustworthiness, making it a choice to avoid at all costs." She further added.

"Thus, husband would be boxed in a forced to either cave or risk full blown hostilities." The queen of Dun Scaith provided her finally conclusion and his intentions could kill, the entirely of the devil race might have already been annihilated by Morgan and Penthesilea judging from the air around them.

"Well . . . It's a lot more detailed than my thoughts but the general trend is pretty much the same as what I felt from the situation." Jun casually said, waking everyone up from the spacing caused by the rather undesirable revelations.

"Are you not angry about this!?" Penthesilea questioned.

"Silea, my dear wife, did you forget how your husband deals with such matters due to your rage? That is why I prefer to avoid being so hot headed." Jun casually responded and the amazon instantly calmed down, which Grayfia saw as a bad sign.

After all, if Penthesilea calmed down, didn't that mean she realized that her husband had a plan she was sure would satisfy her desire for punishment due to her own husband's Sirzechs' act of scheming?

"Please wait a moment Jun!"
