Heartache

Oliver was glad he hadn't agreed to join the game when the majority of the people in the circle chose truth or dare as the game they wanted to play. 

Oliver kept making small talk with Jack, who suddenly stopped talking and turned serious. 

"Why does Liam keep looking this way? Does he really want to get into a fight with me?" 

Oliver looked at Liam, who had turned away from looking in their direction. 

"Uhm... I'm not sure." 

"He's a crazy bastard." 

For some reason, Oliver didn't like hearing Jack badmouth Liam. 

"He's... actually nice." He said sheepishly and touched his hair. He knew Liam had a foul temper, but the least he could do now as his friend was to defend him, right? 

"Okay, this is the second time!" Jack turned to fully face Oliver. "What's the deal? You're friends with that homophobic bastard?" Jack asked suspiciously.

Oliver nodded a bit, "Well... you could... say that."
