Chapter 11: It is All About Rayan

This time of the year was the low season for the law firms, so it was always a good time for Sue to work. During summer, her colleagues would have enough time to teach her. She would have good opportunities to review old and ongoing cases. This helped her to learn more. However, the only disadvantage of having training during this time was that she would work more on family-related cases than corporate legal issues, which was Sue's field of interest. She never liked cases where family members fought, such as divorce cases, custody cases, legacy, and stuff like this. These cases made Sue feel down. These cases opened her eyes to the dark side of this world. They were mainly a conflict circled about money, driven by greed, and its purpose to destroy people. The worst part was that this destruction occurred within the family, the most sacred entity in the whole world, as Sue believed.
