Bk 3: Ch– 235 Security Checking(pt-1)

Carriages made the road shake as they moved to the palace gates. Even if they were the ministers they were thoroughly checked in the gate. While some were patient enough to let the checking go smoothly there are also the words of security. However, some of them were not happy with the lagging in the entrance due to security check-ups. The check-up took a long time which was making them pissed. Even though they were checked before it was done by checking the pass. There was enough evidence of the loyalty they have shown in the support of the capital so why should they have to wait to have the whole carriage checked so thoroughly?

“What is this? A new problem? Why should we have to fall in such a humiliation?” Baron Faenorous complained to Tristan.

Tristan was calm even though he was frowning inside. “The Emperor orders this for everyone’s safety please co-operate with us, Baron.”
