Nerves

All 20 of the members of the new rescue team had gathered in the hangar of the base. They were dressed in their battle suits and were also wearing their headgears and comms devices. They were a little nervous but at the same time, they were also pumped up for this journey. 

Two of the Vulcan Nx were already waiting for them in the hangar. They were all waiting for the Colonel to arrive at the hangar and give them a go-ahead signal. 

Alexis was getting very anxious because this was the first time she was going on a real mission like this one. She was going to save someone important to her. And not just that, she was supposed to lead a team while she was on this mission.

And she could not help but be nervous about it. "What if I don't have what it takes to lead a team? What if I make some mistake and cost the life of… no, no, no."
