I was already aware of how much I already had on my plate when I wrote back to the emperor confidently that he could send his workers and artisans to the kingdom. The reason for this was because the capital and all the surrounding villages and towns were already undergoing reconstruction according to the specifications I had set that must be followed at the minimum before I am satisfied of the state of a place of residence in my kingdom.
