It was early in the morning and the mountainous area just outside of the city where beautiful scenery of a green field of grass which has been designated as the city playground already has many people in its surroundings.

Many vendors are already outside selling food and refreshments for those who visit this place and did not bring any food with them.

The children are happily playing on the grass while many families have set up their picnic beside the tall shade of the small trees in the surroundings.

This place is actually designed and built by the city government for the recreation of their citizen. Besides the city park, this place is the preferred area where families and friends would gather and get together.

The place is well secured as there are many security personnel roaming around this place.

Since it is one of the tourist attractions of the city, the grassland area has been improved and modernized.

Right at this time, an old sedan car arrived in the parking lot. Luckily it was still early so the driver somehow has gotten a spot.

From the old sedan car, a simple-looking couple clothes in simple colored clothing alighted and carried with them their picnic stuff.

The woman is wearing her large spectacles over her freckled face while the man having his bangs cover his face shyly walks beside the woman while crying the heavy stuff.

The two excitedly picks a good spot near the lake and prepares for their picnic.

Relaxing and tranquil are the words that would perfectly suit the environment they are in right now.

"Honey… Let's take a picture…" Yu Bai said shyly.

He did not know if his wife would want that, as she would always say that she is shy in front of the camera. When they would always video call online every day, he would secretly take a chance to capture the screen. But of course, he kept this from her.

"Umn… Okay…" Ma Mian said shyly.

Hearing his wife agreeing, Yu Bai happily takes out his phone and immediately sets up the camera stand. Then the two began taking pictures of each other.

"Hey, Bai… Let's go there later…" Ma Mian said while pointing at a spot where there are many bushes that have been shaped like animals.

Yu Bai seeing the wonderful scenery nodded his head.

After preparing the food, the two began to eat their picnic food.

They then went to the animal-shaped bushes and began taking pictures once again.

While the two are busy, unknown to them a group came to their picnic spot. This group of people is composed of 4 strong-looking men and a beautiful woman.

The men are dressed like gangsters and the woman is clad in slightly revealing pieces of clothes. She is wearing a body-hugging sleeveless light pink t-shirt and a pair of ripped jeans. Although she looks sexy and attractive, her strong-looking physique could tell that this woman is not that simple.

"Boss, we'll take this spot." One of the men suggested as the place they have pointed at is close to the lake.

"It is already occupied thought…" said another man with an awkward expression.

"You are too courteous… Just remove that those things and we will take this spot." The woman said with a tone of annoyance.

Bernadette Tang just arrives in city A after spending some time with her mother in the U.S. as her mother is lives there. Ever since her parent's divorce, she was forced to live two lives. First is the gentle and kind girl that her mother raises to be a prim and proper lady of a big family. And the other one is the strong and powerful daughter of an underground gang boss.

Her upbringing made her create a haughty attitude in which she would always look down on people. Because of this she would always look down on those simple people and did not respect anyone of them.

According to her father, the strong should always rule the weak. And she has seen this in her mother's family filled with people that are shrewd businessmen. In that place, only the strong and the intelligent would survive.

"Yes, mistress…" one of the strong-looking men said as he began to wrap everything in the blanket and then throw it to the side.

Then one of the men takes out a new picnic mat and spread it on the grass.

They then spread their food and the group began eating merrily.

Not long later, Yu Bai and Ma Mian arrive and saw that their place was suddenly taken over by a group of gangster-looking people.

When the group saw the simple-looking couple, they did not say anything and continue eating and drinking merrily.

Meanwhile, Bernadette Tang looks at the couple and like a queen sat calmly on the side while she picks her food in a classy manner.

Yu Bai saw that their picnic mat has been thrown to the side and it seems that the food in those food containers has been turned into a mess.

Yu Bai did not say anything and just walks to the picnic mat which was crumpled while the inside of it are messy and the food they have in those food containers are scattered.

He carefully arranges everything and did not say anything.

He wanted to rage, but as a businessman who has reached his status. He would not stoop down to these people's level.

However, Ma Mian is not the same. Seeing her meek husband not saying anything, she was enraged. She knew how hard Yu Bai made those foods and she likes them. How could those people be this unreasonable?

She glared at those men and the haughty-looking woman sitting on the ground like she was a princess of something.

When the spectacled woman with many freckles on her face glares at them and their boss, they were immediately angry.

One of them then said.

"We thought those were garbage so we threw it to the side… Hehe…" he said with a chuckle.

"Yeah, they look awful… Haha…" the others added.

Hearing her subordinates' words, the woman just showed a smirk on her face.

When Ma Mian heard this, she sneered at those people.

"You people want a war with words? Then two can play at that game…" Ma Mian thought.
