52: Godfather

[Flashback Continues]

The war not only brought fear but also brought more than one disaster. This disaster, or rather a phenomenon, was called 'Quirk Storm', yes scientists started to call these powers 'Quirks' for some reason and no one complied and didn't care about what to call them as a whole, so they just called their powers 'Quirks'. Anyway, this so-called 'Natural' phenomenon is when someone with a powerful quirk loses control, causing their ability to backlash and making them faint in pain or bleed to their death because of internal injuries.

It was called "Quirk Storm" because the energy inside someone's body would get out of control and their body would explode with the excess of energy. This was deduced by a scientist with a quirk to feel and absorb the energy around him, when one of their experiment exploded, he felt the enormous energy within the person's body which quickly swirled and started to vanish from the laboratory as if being absorbed by the planet itself. If Klein was there, he would know exactly what happened.

Some people are born with too much power in their bodies, the C-01 Energy within is so strong that If they can't control it, they will simply explode and die. The C-01 energy without a container will return to the atmosphere, which may cause a storm to happen. Klein, however, would know that this is only temporary! The very next generation of humans would have adapted to the energy completely and these so-called "Quirk Storms" will never happen again. Sure, people will still lose control over their abilities, but they won't explode anymore.

Now let's talk about what happened after the war with the countries which participated. As Asia was almost all on the same side for some reason and England and North America had a deeper connection now, these two regions began to grow apart a little bit... Klein did specifically tell them to stop the fucking war, but the damage was already done. Millions of orphans, mostly from the Asian side because of the rampage of the Wicked Angel destroying battlefields and killing more than others. These orphans needed a place to stay, orphanages and foster homes started to get a little full as people didn't adopt. You see, in Asia, heterosexuality is more common than homosexuality, and because straight couples can simply have their children, with their genes... Why would they adopt?

So there were a lot of orphans waiting to be adopted, a lot of same-sex couples started to slowly come forward and adopt these children or even open foster homes and take them all. This led to more children coming in contact with the concept of sexuality as they were young and had their doubts, which led to answers, which led to understanding. Homophobia is common in Asia, but it was slowly changing as more children began to understand that love is love. These children also had powers, so it was harder to teach them how to control them, so some people to try and teach them... This gave birth to the first school in China that taught children how to control their powers!

The owner of the so-called school was a transexual male, married to a gorgeous woman and father of a set of chaotic children. These children learned how to not lose control easily, their father was the one to believe in something called "Cultivation" which he tried to implement with his quirk. His quirk was energy-based, he could produce and control flames! His school quickly got more and more famous with time, they became known as the "Rising Phoenix Sect". However, this is the real world and even though there was energy all around, they didn't know that and couldn't contact that energy to control it. So most of the students just learned how to meditate and keep a clear mind, learned how to fight, learned how to protect themselves and others if they so wished.

Energy-based quirks, however, were greatly appreciated! Water-based, Fire-based, Wind-based, Earth-based, Wood-based, Iron-based, Lightning-based, and others were also called within the sect the "7 Paths of Heaven". Every single person with a quirk about one of these elements was trained by one of the masters, and the masters all were practitioners or rather users of the "7 Ways to Heaven" martial art fighting style.

Soon even others from outside the country joined the sect, other sects were open and China was one of the largest "cultivation" communities. But this was for the future, to be exact: 150 years in the future.

But now, we are only 2 years after the war, with Klein back on his island solely focused on training his [All Mighty Power: Cosmic Energy Manipulation (FFF)] so he can successfully know a little bit more about space and time so he can get both his [Meta Powers: Meta Space Manipulation (D)] and [Meta Powers: Meta Time Manipulation (D)] to at least rank (C) so he can try to go to another world. In these 2 years that he has been focused on his training, his students started to make progress with their own thing. Shunsuke became well-known and powerful police chief and secretly an underworld organization boss, he commanded "The Nest", a place where everyone could get information that they wanted, the information of course had a cost.

He and Azuka married and had a child, Klein was named Godfather of the child, and this was not the only one. Amanda gave birth right before the war and declared Klein as the Godfather of her twins, a boy, and a girl, the girl had blue eyes and grey hair while the boy had golden hair and grey eyes. Max and Chloe adopted a child too, and guess who's the Godfather!? Yes! Klein was also named the child's Godfather. The only one that didn't adopt a child was Sean and Brian, they didn't want a child now, Daniel got himself a girlfriend and is considering marrying her. Mikaboshi got himself a wife, Arko had a girlfriend that was a member of the Blood Roses, the Blood Roses soon became a very famous assassination organization, and the identity of Arko as a Fallen Angel became known. Not only the Blood Roses, but the Azure Onis became famous.

They had connections all across the underworld and were also known to be enemies with the Blood Roses, their leader's identity as a Fallen Angel became known, and everyone didn't dare to mess with them. Nemuri ended up opening a dojo in Japan and began teaching young teenagers martial arts. He was considered cruel but professional only because he would beat his students ro a pulp... But then if you compare him to Klein... Nemuri was merciful! His fighting style was focused on stealth and quick take-outs, which was shown in his grappling techniques and bone-breaking techniques.

His identity as a Fallen Angel was later revealed, but that is for 120 years after the war.
