34: Future Ahead

Klein noticed it.

People around the world began to awaken their powers slowly as the energy in the air was getting fainter and fainter, as if t was vanishing. Klein noticed, a month later after the explosion of Charlotte, that the energy started to fade away. The energy was being absorbed by the humans and changing their DNA or activating dormant DNA permanently. At least 90% of the world will, in the future, have some sort of power. Klein was looking forward to the chaos that will surge with this! After all, it's been a while since Klein saw blood and war. He won't lie, he started to like it after the first years of fighting and killing, which worried him a lot.

Nowadays he can keep his bloodlust under control, but he thinks that something may happen if he doesn't release a little bit of his bloodlust so he won't go full batshit crazy and destroy the entire world.

Also, Klein has been doing some experiments. Till now he was not able to acres [Void Energy] because he would have to break the veil of reality, which could cause serious problems to this universe. He was successfully able to increase his control over [Coamic Energy] a little bit, but not enough to increase the rank of the skill, which he thinks if he trains his [All Might Powers: Cosmic Energy Manipulation (FFF)] will become at least (FF). It was hard to increase tho ability just as was to increase his [Meta Powers: Meta Time Manipulation (D)] and [Meta Powers: Meta Space Manipulation (D)], so he decided to focus on both meta abilities so he could increase their ranks faster.

Klein thought about what happened to him... When his body absorbed a great amount of [Void Energy] before, he didn't know why he didn't get the ability to manipulate the energy there... Maybe there is some kind of requirement to get the ability? Maybe it wasn't [Void Energy]? Or at least not pure [Void Energy]? Because this [Cosmic Energy] that he feels in his body is purer than the previously absorbed and presumed [Void Energy].

As Klein was concentrating on his [Meta Powers: Meta Space Manipulation (D)] for now, he wants ro increase this one before the [Meta Powers: Meta Time Manipulation (D)]. Klein had a plan, for when he would be bored, his plan was simple yet dangerous and possibly deadly... Extremely stupid too. Hear me out, you know the theory of multiverses, right? Then, Klein knows it is true, so he decided to do it, travel through time and space, going to different dimensions and planes, worlds, and even universes, just so he could become stronger enough to become Omnipotent. That's his objective! Becoming Omnipotent, Omnipresent, and Omniscient!

By now this is just a thought and desire, only the future will know what awaits for him, and NO, Klein will not use his [Meta Powers: Meta Time Manipulation] to look in the future! That would extremely boring and he would not have fun. So he will just use it if necessary, for time is something dangerous to do, Max is there to prove it. It will be, at max, one week before 90% of the human population awakens their powers, which will cause riots, panic, and even disasters. Klein soon awakened from his thoughts as his phone began ro vibrate, he looked down at the phone beside him and sighed. "Password?"

A male voice answered from the other side of the line: "Balade of Balles." Klein soon knew exactly who this was, Shunsuke, Klein sighed and said: "So, why are you calling? Something happened?" If a professional could hear Klein's voice now, he would notice the small crack in his voice when he asked that question, even when acting like he didn't care, he cared a lot about his students. "We want some information... Should Teacher have it, we would like to buy it." Klein sighed, In this last year, the consequences of messing with time affected Shunsuke, whose backlash was to go blind. Klein finally knew what was the complete difference between Max's ability and Shunsuke's ability.

While both were temporal based, only one had severe backlash while the other had a small backlash. Shunsuke's was lost of sight while Max's is lost of mental energy that causes her to have headaches and nosebleeds. However, while Max's ability permits her to go back on time like pressing the rewind button, Shunsuke's ability was like falling... There was not much control involved, all he had to do was to think of the period he wanted to go back and he would. "You know I do not lack money, right?" Klein chuckled. "I don't lack anything at the moment... I have money, influence, powers, everything. So, what can you offer me?" Shunsuke sighed and said: "More money? Or perhaps, Teacher, you may want to know what is going to happen."

Klein asked: "The war?" Yes. There would be a war, a war would start, really soon, after all, two countries that hate each other's guts are preparing for war, which means one of them is going to attack the other. America and North Korea are preparing nukes, and not only nukes but also super powerful soldiers, trained by others. You see, there wasn't only one organization testing with people with powers, but the one that Klein hunted down was the biggest one of them, now they all are small, little bugs scattered across the world.

Shunsuke chuckled and said: "Yeah, a war is about to happen. I have information on all the countries that plan on participating or watching, and those that even want to simply infiltrate and sabotage the others." Klein smiled as he looked at the sky, saying: "Now we're talking business... Tell me, what kind of information you want?" Klein's gathering of information is pretty solid, after all, you can't resist a very charismatic fellow suggesting something that you would do, right?

"I'm searching information on a person, this person became the ruler, the emperor of the underworld of Japan... His name, or bias at least, is All for One."
