[The Law]'s Conditions And Chaos' Trust Issues

[The Law] allowed the existence of the Tribulation Lightning with some conditions on how the Tribulation Lightning will function.

The conditions are as follows:

|Condition 1: The members of the Nine Heavens can only use the Tribulation Lightning if a cultivator breaks their cultivation barrier and reaches Half-Step of a cultivation realm.|

|Condition 2: The members of the Nine Heavens cannot use the Tribulation Lightning for personal purposes and can only be used if Condition 1 is fulfilled.|

|Condition 3: The Tribulation Lightning will backfire towards the member of the Nine Heavens that have used it against a cultivator that has yet to break their cultivation barrier.|
