Eirito and Maia were trying to find the others and if they're lucky enough, finding a way out as well. They were looking around when they heard something.

"...Did you hear that?", Maia asked quietly.

"Y-yes...what was that?", Eirito replied back.

"I don't know..."

Suddenly the ground started to shake and Maia have a bad feeling about it.

"Dodge!!", Maia immediately tackled Eirito to the ground.

"Huh--!?", Eirito was caught off guard when she did that and they fell to the ground. The ground suddenly collapsed, making the dirt flying everywhere. Suddenly a huge worm-like monster appeared on that very hole. It seems to be looking straight at them.

"This is bad...", Maia said as she get off Eirito, "Very bad."

"Wh-what is that...!?", Eirito panicked as he was still on the ground.

"I don't remember the name but...this is not good. We have to run. Now!!"
