"WHAT?" I screamed in shock while getting up from my seat.

"How the fuck it happened?" I waited patiently, while Kyle explained the incident over the phone.

"No. Don't touch the body. I will be there in twenty." I cut the call and slammed my hands on my thigh in frustration.

I didn't waste more time and ran out of my office to the car. The man who was in our custody, Matthew's brother, died. A person who was under our watch fucking died without our intention.

What the hell was going on?

I was strictly controlling everything but had no one by my side to share the burden or had not someone even to talk. I missed Cameron as we were like a team that faced everything together and were always there for each other. And now he has gone missing, and I had no clue where he was or how could I help him.
