ASTRID sprawled on the bed, feeling weak and lazy. For the first time in a while, he just didn't want to do anything. These past three days had really drained him. From the worry of the first day to the nerve-wracking meeting with Casey on the second day, and finally, all the emotions he expended yesterday - from talking to Casey and Thomas in the morning, to having lunch with them and Nicol, and then the call with Wulfric at night. He felt completely weakened by all of it.

It's not that he didn't like what happened. In fact, he was actually glad that the Grimaldis had now found out about him and Reas. At least that's out of the way now. He no longer had to worry about whether they would find out the truth or not.

But now another problem arose. If he wanted to help his mother reunite with the Grimaldis, he needed Wulfric's help. That was, if he wanted to ensure that the Lancasters wouldn't get a hint of what was happening. And that's where the problem lay.
