Bilal kissed her lightly. "I'm very proud of you, Carmella. I know that this is not easy for you."

She wrapped her arms around his neck and stared deeply into his eyes. "I'd do this a million times if it means keeping my family intact."

Raj came running into the kitchen holding a pair a black goggles.

"Daddy! Look at this. When I put them on I was inside of a game! Dad, you have to try this!"

Bilal's face was suddenly lit up by his smile. "That's the newest Ocular VR model! It allows you to see a virtual world where you can do battle or fly or…whatever you want to do. There should be two of those visors." Bilal said excitedly.

"Yeah, there's another one in my bedroom!"

They were about to head up the stairs when Carmella scowled. "Hey, wait a minute. There're plenty of things we need to do before we begin playing. For instance, I'm starving and I haven't unpacked all the food-"
