Soham and Roy

One of the seniors came forward meekly "He is Soham. The only heir of the Shetty empire. He is worse than those serial killers if someone irks him! He never likes when someone touches him let alone girls not even boys. He can kill one person with his eyes only. And you actually dare to hug him! Girl he will kill you surely!"

"Then why did you send me there. So mean!" Serene frowned when she heard this. She wasn't scared but angry because of how seniors actually bully juniors.

She can handle Soham because she isn't normal like others but what about other girls. They must have suffered a lot because the same things happened to her too.

She was also angry because she accepted this bully task basically because she wanted a peaceful college life but now Soham will try his best to kick her ass too. What was the use of all this?

"We thought you would also run away from him like everyone does with his vibe only. We only do this thing, a lot of time and every girl runs away from 5 feet only. That's where we find fun, nothing else. But you!"

When Serene heard this, she was relieved but felt wronged "Hey now that's not fair! You are blaming me for all this!"

They of course won't dare to blame her all either. The girl who actually dares to go against Soham can't be simple. Every normal other person is scared of him except four "Sorry serene we have to go now bye!"

"Hey hey where are you running to!" Serene shouted when she saw how the group of seniors actually vanished in thin air in a few seconds. "Good! Why are they even all scared of him when I did the deed?"

"Because if Soham got to know that whatever happened to him is because of them he will punish them too!" A voice came from her behind.

She knows this voice and the person too, he is also a first year student who has been following the seniors since morning. But he didn't leave with seniors and other audience members.

Serene turned around and faced him with a small smile on her lips which was not visible because of the mask on her mouth "Hi! You didn't go with them?" She asked politely.

Boy replied immediately "Nah I like you so I wanted to befriend you! Hello my name is Roy Kapoor" He introduced himself before she would reject him because of his nerdy face.

She never minds about the looks anyway. "That's great. Hello my is Serene, no last name"

Roy was stunned by her excited tone. He was always despised by everyone because he looked nerd and poor and had been bullied too. He never had a friend in high school like others.

That's why he was staying along with seniors to get acquainted at least. But Serene was a totally unexpected thing happen to him.

He didn't want to show his uneasiness to girls just because of friendship. He changed the topic neck to Soham. "So you actually didn't know anything about him, even when he is so famous, on television or newspaper?"

Serene noticed his uneasiness but didn't pin point "No I actually didn't know about him at all. All though I do find him familiar but definitely not because of how he is famous but because of some personal reason I think" She actually felt like she had a memory with Soham by somehow. But where did she meet him?

"It's okay. If he tries to do something against you, we will just apologize and I will be the witness to tell him that it was really just a ragging by seniors." Roy said after thinking all the ways to help her out.

Serene was quite happy that he did think about this much for her "Hey you are so nice. Thank you but no thanks. I won't let my first friend ever suffer! I will handle him"

Roy forgot about everything and his full concentration was on the second last sentence "I am your first time friend ever?"

"Yes" Serene nodded like a chicken peck.

"Why did you never have any friends in school?" He doubted. He especially thought of having her as a friend because he likes her jolly nature a lot. And this kind of nature is very friendly.

She shook her head nonchalantly "No. Earlier they hated me because I was poor. Later I didn't have time to have friends around me" In high school she was all about handling her business now only she got the free time.

Roy thought that in high school she must be earning for her studies and being poor does make others hate them many times. "It's okay. I am your first friend. And believe me I was not likeable by anyone in my high school too. But as I do have some experience from middle school, it's my responsibility to help you and protect you. Moreover we will have lots of fun, how friends do."

"Okay!" Serene was quite excited to have that fun.

"But before that why don't you show me your face. Your hoodie is too low and your face mask still cover your mouth. I can only see your nose and little bit of eyes." Roy said.

Since morning she was wearing a hoodie and mask which covered her whole face. Even seniors got to know about her by other students who were in Serene's class.

"Ohh sorry wait" Serene immediately removed her cap then hoodie called then her mask. When she looked up Roy was in daze because of some unknown reason.

"Roy, Roy!" Serene called her twice when he didn't answer him at once.

"Huh?" Roy came back to his senses and looked towards her eyes which were light blue like a mermaid. Her beauty is just like a mermaid with everything right on its place. He has never seen such beauty ever before!

"Are you okay?" Serene asked him in a concerned tone.

"You are so beautiful. I never imagined that behind this mask, was such a beautiful girl. Why are you even hiding it" Roy asked immediately.

Serene didn't hide her face because of any particular reason she just liked to do it. "Envy, but you are not less, I can clearly see that behind this speck and bangs a clear handsome face is there. Hey why don't we change your look?" Serene wanted to do something with her first friend and decided to do this for now.

"Find her name and Sue her by the end of next day!"

"Soham it's just a hug." Varun said.

"Did I allow you to give me advice! Just do what I am asking you!" Soham angrily said. He still remembers that fragrance, though he was glad that like other girls, that girl didn't put any perfume on her. He will sue her still.
