A Heated Exchange with the Rival

Just a couple of days after, Lucien revealed quite an astonishing news to his friends.

The four of them are hanging around at their spot by the window inside their classroom. It's still early in the morning, and there's a few minutes left before the bell rings. Their other classmates are arriving little by little, silently stealing glances at their group from time to time.

It's only expected that they'll be catching their attention, considering that sunshine boy appears a little sunnier today.

"Your old man did what?!" Dave exclaimed in surprise after hearing the news.

"Finally allowed Lucien to have a birthday party inside their mansion with all of his friends - that's what," Cathleen deadpanned from beside him, unamused by how he practically ruined her hearing with that shout.

"That's great...! And quite surprising too, I say," Anastasia blurted out with a smile, unsure of how to react to his father's bipolar tendencies.
