Jin Rou and Sylvianna had already arrived at the 23rdCabin successfully. The latter expected that there would be some disturbances that’d meet them here. After all, it’s the turf of a very powerful Administrator. However, unexpectedly, there was no surprise attack or whatsoever.

“You seem disappointed.” Jin Rou pointed out, “He is a cautious man. Of course, he will not make a move unless he is certain that he will succeed.”

Administrators weren’t dumb people like the others they met. They reached that position because of their capabilities. They wouldn’t be in that post unless they proved their skills and wits. Just think about it, an admin was the person governing the Dark Train. Since their responsibility was huge, they should always act with prudence and always think about the betterment of the Dark Train.
