Power manipulation

Kaito walks outside as Haruki is training, "Haruki can I train with you?"

Kaito walks up to Haruki as he has a staff, "sure Kaito you can train with me." Haruki smiles wide.

Haruki helps him into a specific stance that Kaito will start with first, "you can do this just breath in and out and relax your body 100%." Haruki puts his hand on Kaito's chest to feel his heart beat fluctuate.

It finally gets to the beating Haruki wants it at, "okay now your going to move like this and stay calm while doing it. You need to learn how to control what your doing, even if it's very athletic while not letting your aura come out. That's our goal." Haruki smiles as he shows Kaito the moves.

Kaito smiles wide as he tries to do the moves Haruki did and was able to get it in the first try.

"That was amazing! Can we have a good break now?" Kaito asks as his stomach growls loud.

"Of course, you go eat and I'll keep training."
