Chapter 3

Serenity's POV

When I woke up this morning, I saw that I had three texts on my phone. It's already been 3 days since the school break started. I looked to see who it was and it was Tae.

Tae(text): Hey Serenity! I hope you're doing well. Anyways, Jennie and I are free today so if you and Jimin are, why don't you come over?

Serenity(text): Oh ok sure! We'll be over in a few hours. We just have to get ready.

Tae(text): Ok! See you soon!

Serenity(text): See ya!

Once I finished talking to Tae, I got up and went to go find Jimin. When I reached his room, I knocked, then went in. Jimin was on sitting on his bed, on his phone.

Jimin: Oh good morning sis.

Serenity: Morning Jimin. Tae told us to come over so I told him we would be there in a few hours.

Jimin: Oh ok. I'll get ready then.

We leave the room and go down to the kitchen. We just had some toast for breakfast and we both went upstairs to wash up.

-Time skip-

Jimin and I are in the car driving to Tae's when we are stopped by a gate in front of their house. I text Tae to ask him the password.

Serenity(text): Hey Tae. We are in front of the gate. What's the password?

Tae(text): Oh you're here! Oh ok. I'll tell the guards to let you in.

Serenity(text) oh ok! Thanks.

After a few seconds, the gate opens up and we go up the driveway. Once Jimin parks, we both get out and Jennie and Tae greet us at the door.

Jennie: Hey guys! Thanks for coming!

Jimin: Well thanks for calling us out here today. I haven't seen both of you in a while. Serenity: Wait! Is Yoongi inside.....

Tae sighs and nods.

Tae: yes.....he is.

Jennie: Tae and I had to deal with him last Friday after all that happened.

Tae: You okay now?

Serenity: Oh yeah....it's been awhile so I'm fine.

Jennie: Well what are we standing out here for? Come in guys.

When we went in to the living room, we see Yoongi sitting on the couch on his phone.

Tae: When did you get here.

Jennie: I thought you were gonna stay upstairs.

Yoongi turns around and smirks.

Yoongi: Why is that dumb nerd here?

Jimin: Say that again!

Jimin was about to charge at Yoongi when Tae holds him back.

Yoongi chuckles and stands up. He walks towards us.

Yoongi: What are you gonna do about it?

Jimin:I'll kill you for what happened Friday! How dare you hit my sister! You little!

Yoongi: You can't do anything to me.....shorty.

He smirks and I finally lose it. I did something that I learned in Special Defense a very long time ago. I grabbed his arm, twisted it behind his back, kicked his legs from underneath and brought him to the ground, and kneed him in the back.

Jennie: SERENITY!

Tae: Wha.....

Yoongi: Ow ow ow LET GO OF ME! Ow ow ow.

Serenity: First you apologize for calling my brother a shorty.

Yoongi: But it's the truth-

I pin him down harder.

Yoongi: Ok I'm sorry!

Serenity: To his face Yoongi.

Yoongi turned his head toward Jimin slightly.

Yoongi: I'm sorry, Jimin.

Serenity: Now you make a deal with me. You don't bother Tae or Jennie and I don't want you touch or hurting anyone at school including me. Do. You. Understand?

Yoongi: Yes yes yes!!!

I let him go and stand up. Tae, Jennie, and Jimin look at me with shock.

Jennie: wha...

Jimin: You....

Tae: YOU COULD DO THAT YOU LET YOONGI BULLY YOU ALL THIS TIME!?!?!?!

Serenity: well Yoongi has a sense of pride too you know.

Yoongi has gone upstairs and we all sit down on the couch.

Jennie: So..... are you excited for your sweet sixteen?

Serenity: Definitely but I have a question.

Tae: Yeah?

Jimin: what is it?

Serenity: You are both 16 already. What ability do you have to find your soulmate?

Tae: Well it's kinda different from girls.

Jimin: We don't find them. They find us. There is an indicator that only we can see. If our soulmate is not 16 yet, then our indicator is red. But when it is yellow, it means our soulmate is in the process of finding us. When it turns green, it means we have found each other. But if it turns blue, it means that they have reached the age of 18 and wasn't able to find us.

Tae: If it turns blue, our soulmate's chance with anyone else is a low percentage but we can date whoever we want when it's blue. But it's not as good as it sounds.

Jimin: We can date whoever we want but everyone has a soulmate and I told you that the ones who can't find their soulmate will have a hard love life if they even end up having one.

Serenity: wow. I didn't know it was so complicated.

Tae: Well we never get to choose how things go and I guess this is how everything was designed. Anyway, enough of that, you should focus on your bday.

Serenity: Well I think I'll just invite you and the boys and the girls.

Jimin: Woah woah woah. What boys?

Serenity: You and Tae will be there. I'll invite our twin cousins, Joonie and Jin, and I'll invite Hobi too since it's been awhile since I've seen him.

Tae: Oh yeah! After he made his own dance group, I haven't seen him.

Serenity: Anyways since that's settled, we should better get going. It's getting darks

Jimin: Right. Thanks for letting us come over guys. We will see you on Serenity's bday!

Jennie and Tae: Bye!
