A Wish

She was surprised, where did that attack come from? She asked, then looked towards Tanaka, she then saw the back of the spear sticking out from Tanaka's body, Kanami turned her body and landed on the ground, she immediately charged towards Tanaka.

Tanaka analyzed Kanami's move, it may seem chaotic to others but he could see, if the opponent she was fighting didn't notice that they would be trapped from her barrage of attacks, Tanaka looked at the charging Kanami, Tanaka made the spear on his hands spin on his body.

The moment Kanami arrived on his range, he stabbed it towards the ground and propelled himself towards her, Tanaka turned his body and sent a kick towards Kanami.

Kanami who didn't expect this used her spear to block the attack, but suddenly Tanaka slid down below her and his legs wrapping around her feet, Tanaka spun his body and made Kanami lose her balance, Kanami was slammed on the ground.

Kanami immediately rolled back to avoid the incoming attacks, but she was surprised to see Tanaka not letting her go, Tanaka extended his arms toward his spear and it flew into his arm in a very speed, Tanaka spun his body and in one swift move, fire came bursting out from the tip of his spear.

He then swung it towards Kanami, Kanami immediately used her spear to block the attack and also counter at the same time, she parried the attack of Tanaka and also spun her body, and sent a kick towards Tanaka's chin.

Tanaka immediately jumped back and dodged the kick.

Kanami didn't waste this chance and charged towards the free Tanaka, she appeared beside Tanaka with her legs in the air, she then kicked Tanaka on the stomach.

Tanaka crashed on the ground, Kanami was already landing with the spear on her hand pointing towards Tanaka who was on the ground immediately jumped away from the attack.

Dust filled the place.

A figure came out from the dust and charged towards Tanaka, Kanami raised her spear and sent multiple barrage of attacks to Tanaka.

Tanaka made the spear on his hands spin and parried all of the attacks of Kanami, a fierce exchange of attack was happening on the arena, sparks flying up everywhere, and deep cuts on the ground could be seen, but their fight was far from done.

Tanaka kicked the ground and disappeared from his position, reappearing behind Kanami, he swung his spear and attacked Kanami on her back.
