I was 15 when I met Felix. I was in the hallway and he bumped into me. We kept on bumping into each other for a week. Then we decided that it was fate that brought us together. We started talking to each other and the started going on dates, but one day he just disappeared. And I never saw him again.NOW
"Kyra , get ready we are going out to dinner at a friends house. You're coming with us!" I groaned. I walked to my closet and pulled out a short white dress, with white heels and then mascara. Then I walked down the stairs and out the front door. My parents eyes widened when they saw me. " You look great honey", my mom told me. Oh now she wanted to be nice. I rolled my eyes as I got into the backseat.
30 minutes later
I stepped out of the car, once we parked in a driveway of a five story house. The door to the house opened and a middle aged couple stepped out of the house. Then the boy who I thought I would never see again stepped out of the house. I walked up to him and whispered "Felix!". His eyes widened once he recognized me. "Kyra!", he yelled. I nodded my head.
He motioned to the backyard, and I followed him. "I thought I would never see you again", I yelled. He brought his finger up to his lips, telling me to be quiet.
"Me too", said Felix. " Felix , I never got to tell you this but I love you",I said.
He just stood there with a smile on his face. Then he cupped my chin in his hand and kissed me. I kissed him back with all the emotions I had felt, anger, sadness, and hurt, from all those months ago. Six to be exact. I was so happy that we finally found each other again. When we ended the kiss, I felt like I was whole again. I was finally happy again!
" Come on let's go inside before we are missed too much",Felix said. I nodded in agreement. We made our way back to the front yard, and then into the house. It was really colorful. There was two matching grey couches, a tv that took up the whole wall, and a small cabinet. "You're house is beautiful" , I said while taking in the beauty of it all.
"Thank you Ky", he said, with a smile. We walked to the dinning room. On the table was a bowl of fruit, pastries, pasta, and salad. Omg the food looked so good. I sat down next to my parents, and folded my hands into my lap, like the maid taught me when I was 13. Yeah they hired a maid when I turned 13, so they didn't have to care for me anymore.
The best thing about the maid was that she was kind, loving, she was like the mother I never had. You know what I mean, she was nice, my mother was mean, she was caring, my mother was not.
