When the Hunter Turns Into the Prey
The Melee has continued for two days and the battle has become more and more ferocious, and their expectations didn't falter. As time passed, the battle has become bloodier and savage but everyone is enjoying and was taking it as a lesson.
The proposal was a huge success!
One of the most intense battle on the second day was Mato's team. They didn't encounter great teams however his long nemesis was in the same team as him!
Cain Ryans!
When they saw each other, it felt like as if they saw their own ghosts. They're frustrated and bewildered at the moment and can't help but to curse out aloud.
Unlike the previous two team leader, this two just really hate each other. It was a pure antipathy.
The most problematic here was their own teammates who got involved with these two cross fire. Although, the two is well skilled and was competent, however they turn into a savage beasts when faced with each other.
In no time, they won the batch because of these two who doesn't give a sh*t and the battle was hack n' slash!
After them was, Caelan's team. Fargo is within the team and actually these two make a good team however they're the weirdest team of all time, especially their code names. Each of them was named after a cell!
Red blood cell, white blood cell, platelets, macrophage, t cells, dendritic..etc!!
They even address their opponents as viruses!
It goes like this,
"White blood cell go and protect red blood cell! It's your task to eliminate foreign substances!"
"Roger that!"
"T-cell go and accompany platelet! Platelet is cute!"
"Go and kill those viruses and cancer cells and the like!!"
"Horaaaaaa!!!"
The situation was like that and they were a loud team. They're all a bunches of freaks!
On the fifth day, the situation has become more intense. Aka's team was included for the fourth time, and their opponents was all the winning teams of the past few days. Caelan and Mato's team was concluded.
When the audience saw the strong team, they shrilled in excitement and thrill.
Just who won't feel the same way when it's a battle of the strongest! There are many figures they're looking forward right here!
Not a many minute has passed, the batch has began! The genre was an isolated city. There are tall buildings that was in ruins just like a post apocalypse city.
If hasn't even been long since it started but teams has already started clashing. Those who isn't able to find a weapon on the given time just join the fray empty handed. It was a bloody fight.
As many teams got engaged, they all found their selves in an underground floor. It was similar to a hallway of a mecha movies.
It wasn't only Caelan and Mato's team. Aka's team was also here and the other two left team, in total of a five remaining team. They were all hidden in each corner and didn't dare to show up or else they're dead. There curses can be heard clearly at the whole large hallway.
"I'll give a million to those who will surrender now!" Caelan shouted in a loud voice enough for the others to hear it. It just seemed like nobody is willing to give up that's why he tried into such as conclusion.
"I'll pay double!" Mato replied back
"Whoa, whao!" laughed those who were watching but deep inside, they're all nervous as heck, maybe even nervous than those who were fighting. They have many opinions and thought about this match and the battle intensity was enough to get them up from their seats.
The remaining teams were all very strong, they're unsure on who'll survive until the end, and the techniques and moves they've just shown earlier is far from the word better. They're all excelling!
"That's bribery you know, the higher ups is watching!" snickered Xie. Aka on the other hand was just calm and composed as he lean at the wall, however there is a thing that has been bothering him ever since the battle has started.
He felt a very strong blood lust back then.
He has taken the initiative to investigate where it was coming from but he didn't saw it toward Caelan's team nor Mato's even if he and Cain was in a deep resentment.
As for the other two left team, he was still unsure. He hadn't seen any of them yet.
"If there's no one….then sold! Toward Xie's team!" Caelan shamelessly stated just how an auction personnel would do. He is targeting Aka's team since they're the strongest candidate here.
"The heck! When did we agree about that!" Xie replied
"A man should never turn from his word! Xie!" this time it was Mato. For some reason he and Caelan shared the same brain cell this time.
"That's not fair!" snickered those who were watching in amusement
"Even you Captain Mato?!"
Right then when the teams is bickering with each other without having the guts to show up nor to give up, they heard footsteps from afar and choose to keep quite. If it was some other surviving team, it would be a great ambush. That's their evil ploy.
But, it was not a team but rather a single person.
It was the same dark brunette haired man, he doesn't have any equipment at all and he rather seemed confused and puzzled as he walk at the quite hallway.
"Why is there nobody here? I thought I just heard noises down here…" said the man in a confused tone.
When Mato, Fargo, Xie heard the familiar voice, they cursed at the same time. Wasn't that their unit Captain!?
