Rich thief vs Sexy Yun

"What do you think about Lijuan and Wang Yun?" Jiaying asked Rong.

"I don't think anything. It's not my business." Rong said with false indifference.

"So you mean you're not angry that she is making good on her threat? Do you really believe that they're in a relationship?" Jiaying asked again.

"Jiaying can you please stop asking me silly questions? I'm not interested in Lijuan nor anything that concerns her. I have work to do." Rong said opening her laptop.

Jiaying could tell that Rong was just pretending to not care. She on the other hand didn't entirely buy Lijuan's story.

As far as she was concerned, there was something fishy about it and she intended to investigate it. She was going to try and follow them on their next date to see if it was really true.

If Rong was stupid enough to believe that tale or to give up on Yun she wasn't ready to do that. She could also try looking for a way to connect with Jinhai, that way if Lijuan messed things up with Yun she would get a chance with the younger brother.

Jiaying looked at Rong one more time before leaving for her room.

immediately Jiaying left, Rong pushed the laptop away from her. Did Lijuan really think she was going to let her win? She was going to have to make her own move, maybe approaching Madam Wang would be a good idea... her sister would never make a suitable daughter in-law like she would. All she had to do was show Madam Wang how suitable she was.

"Why doesn't she have a display picture?" Yun asked Jinhai with a frown.

"She probably doesn't want her identity to be known. But I'm sure she isn't poor, only rich people can afford to sign up on this site." Jinhai reassured him.

"Is being rich the problem? Didn't she just say her hobby is stealing? Perhaps that is how she got to be rich." Yun suggested.

"Or perhaps she was just trying to be funny or mysterious... maybe she meant stealing hearts." Jinhai said winking at Yun.

"So I'm supposed to chat with her?" Yun asked again eyeing the laptop wearily.

"Yep. Or is the almighty Yun scared of talking to a girl?" Jinhai asked with a teasing smile.

"Why would I be?" Yun retorted.

"Then go ahead, send her a message. Prove you are neither gay nor scared" Jinhai challenged. He knew Yun really disliked being challenged.

"Fine." Yun said as he drew the laptop closer.

"Hey cutie!" Yun typed and sent it before Jinhai could stop him.

"What sort of outdated line is that? Who starts a chat with a stranger like that?" Jinhai asked rolling his eyes.

"Let's hope she doesn't see it then. I've sent a message... I hope I've been able to prove my sexual preference to you." Yun said pushing away from the laptop.

Lijuan who was busy drawing something on her drawing book lifted her head when she heard the beep which signified that someone just sent her a message.

She clicked on her screen and realized it was from the 'Love at first click' site. Was Yanju back? She wondered as she opened the message.

'Hey cutie?' She asked herself when she saw the message. She quickly sent a rolling eyes emoji. Who was he kidding? His profile already said he was poor, did he think simply because she sent an interest message that she meant it?

"Bro! She just responded to your message." Jinhai said excitedly when he heard the beep from the laptop.

"Let's see." Yun said trying to maintain his disinterested attitude.

'Rolling eyes?' Yun asked himself trying to not get annoyed. Who responded to such a friendly message with rolling eyes? Maybe he was getting rusty at this.

Jinhai couldn't stop laughing when he saw the emoji. "I warned you. How could you even call her cutie when you have no idea what she looks like?" Jinhai asked amidst his laughter.

Yun was more than a little bit embarrassed. "Hand me the laptop" He said as he rolled up his sleeves. He liked his ladies tough.

"Playing tough, huh?" He asked her.

Lijuan looked at the message again as she contemplated whether or not to chat with him. What if he was pretending to be poor? This site was for rich people after all, or maybe he just borrowed money to get on the site so he could get a rich wife?

"What do you mean by tough? What's a poor person doing on a site for rich people?" She asked.

"What's a thief doing here?" He fired back.

"At least I'm a rich thief." She responded.

"So why did you show interest in my profile?" He asked her.

"I found the name funny and didn't know when I mistakenly sent an interest" She replied honestly.

"I see. Then there is no need chatting with you then." Yun concluded.

Lijuan felt remorseful. She didn't like that she had hurt his ego.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. it's not like I can't be friends with you because you're poor. I'm just here to find a rich boyfriend that's all." Lijuan bit her lips as she sent the message.

Yun looked at the message on the screen with mixed feelings. He didn't like women who wanted men just for their money, but he did appreciate her apology and honesty.

"Why do you want a rich boyfriend?" Yun asked curiously. "You don't have to answer if you don't want to." he quickly added.

"Just to save face in front of my family. I need them to respect me. Do you now understand me?" She asked.

Yun smiled when he saw her message, she suddenly reminded him of the pen thief.

"I can't believe you're smiling already!" Jinhai exclaimed when he saw the look on Yun's face.

"This was a good idea right? You really should thank me. What will you ever do without me? Aside from being a workaholic that is." He added.

Yun completely ignored him as he fixed his gaze on the screen. He remembered the way the pen thief's dad had talked to her in his presence.

"So you really steal?" He asked her.

"Yea. Kinda." She said feeling he was trying to change the topic.

"Why?" He asked.

Lijuan paused when she saw the question. That wasn't something people often asked her.

"I don't know. I just always have this intense desire to take something that's not mine regardless of the value." She said honestly, wondering why she was so honest today. She guessed it was probably because she was anonymous. She had used neither her name nor her picture and neither did this Sexy Yun or Yanju.

The more Yun chatted with her, the more she seemed to remind him of his pen thief.

"Can I ask you something funny?" He asked.

"Sure. Just make sure I laugh." She typed, making him smile.

"What was the last thing you stole?" He knew this was a huge gamble. It was possible his pen thief must have stolen other things after stealing his pen, It would be too much of a coincidence if it truly happened to be her.

"Promise not to laugh." She typed. She felt slightly better that there was one person willing to listen to this shameful part of her life...or probably two— there was also Yanju.

"I promise." He replied.

"A pen. And you won't believe he has been haunting me for it. So petty" Lijuan typed.

Yun simply couldn't believe his eyes. Before he could process everything, another message came in from her.

"Come to think of it, you both bear the same name. And your name actually inspired me to do something crazy. Give me a minute."

Yun stared at the screen with wide eyes. How come he was suddenly meeting the thief everywhere?

An image suddenly popped up on the screen and his eyes widened even further in surprise, shock and even anger when he saw it. He immediately turned the laptop so Jinhai wouldn't see the image.

On the screen was a hand drawn image of someone that really resembled him wearing something that looked like a sexy matching pant and bra that was colored in red. One hand was in his waist and the other was in the back of his head in a sexy pose.

He could feel every vein in his body bulging out in anger and immediately closed the laptop.
