This is international court case which made against the whole Kapoor family and also hospitals and research center which is now closed until the case's result coming out

I don't know much about other party as he is still in the dark but he hired the Lawyer Nadan 

[Which made everyone surprised also they got one thing that other party is very powerful to be able to hire the lawyer who can't be bought by money]

Not only that in the notice which court sent there are also cases of some cases like patient dying and also illegal works which isn't made public but I wonder to be able to dig the things which are hidden so deep I thought that party made preparation for a long time
