"The same way you both found out about Kayla in Frank's study room, likewise I found out about Liam in my dad's study room," Jennifer replied with a huff.

Jayden knew that she was lying but he did not pursue her, to tell the truth. He knew or believed that one day she will fully trust him. She will then definitely tell everything to him without hiding at that time. Anyways, it was not like he was so truthful.

He still holds a lot more secrets than what she was hiding. It did make him feel suffocated most of the time but as it involved his brother, he did not want to spoil the relationship even more.
