Realizing his feelings

Clara looked lost and just kept staring at the beautiful men she has insulted numerous times, standing right outside there, vulnerable to anything.

What if these people aren't just after money and want his life?

Is this how he would foolishly come, just because they told him that she's kidnapped? What was he thinking?

Could it be that he really likes me like those people said. They said my lover. Could they have heard something? 

Leo loves me?

While Clara was battling her thought and looking at Leo, who was reaching inside his pocket to bring out his phone, her abductors were still over the moon.

"I told you that we should ask for more money Dean. It seems like he would do anything for his lover," one of them said to the leader, dropping formalities like they were friends.

This also shows that they just pick one person to pose as leader to make it look more convincing. They were probably just beginning to chase these lines. They are still experienced.
