Love or Hate?

Ryan just entered the academy not much time has passed and he started to realize why he has been put into all this everyone hated him he cant go alone out of his room alone cause he was stonned to death once. Ryan just started to learn the basics of the academic study but seemes like he has hard time on learning things not like other kids, there was one top student whose name is Bryan he is good in both physical and magical skills he was doing great then he start talking to Ryan but it was just a one day. Teachers were about to start practice matches and they both got set up against each other right after the next day they started talking. Ryan got excited and he thought may be after this our friendship become strong but the reality strikes. The next day every student showed their effort and got appreciated but in Ryan's match went worse. he couldn't even come closer to bryan to lend his strikes he was defeated from range. Ryan was not good with magic the more he uses it the more exhausted he gets but Ryan magic kept him at a distance when ever he gets closer he was easily thrown back. At the end of match Bryan said you are no match for me i don't know how you killed those 5 losers just give up. everyone there started to laugh. bryan was pretty popular among girls so everyone was cheering for him and other guys were getting jealous of him and said if had Ryan as enemy i would have getting all the popularity. Ryan stood up and charged recklessly bryan next move was about to pierce his heart but teacher rushed to save but still it pierced through his belly. everyone got shcked at this and called for emergency he was stabilised for 3 days. Bryan came to see him when no one was around he put out the same sword he was using and gave him. During giving his sword he said you can have this sword cause it got dirty from your pathetic blood mortal, It became clear to him that no one likes him. Few days later he went back to the academy. His luck was not in his favor they were still having those matches again he got against Bryan. Ryan was using the same sword that Bryan has given him. Bryan said looks like you want to get killed again mortal. Ryan had so much in his heart now it can explode anytime with all hate and thoughts that he was suppressing all this time. Ryan took a deep breath and the bell rang Bryan again used magic from range but this time Ryan deflected all of it back at him. bryan said how can you do this with just a sword last time it didn't even work. Ryan movements become more sharp instead of deflecting now he is dodging it. Ryan looked for the opportunity and came to take a strike but feels like a invisible barrier is protecting him again he got thrown back. Bryan said dont you understand only magic can penetrate this shield give up now. Now Bryan did gave him a hint at this Ryan infused his blade with magic. sword started to glow in red dark flames increased his sharpness to 10 times then normal weapon. Ryan got disappear in front of him in blink of an eye he was way more closer then before. looking at his abnormal speed everyone got shocked. Ryan penetrated his heart not even the teachers could do anything this time no one has seen anything like this before. even though everyone thought Bryan is immortal he died this shocked everyone more then anything. and a voice came inside his head said pathetic. Ryan got confused dropped his sword and started to see everywhere but nothing other then dead Bryan was there teachers rushed to help cause Bryan dont seem to be waking up everyone thought he is immortal. Ryan learned something new that was mortal and immortal racism is also there. he came to know that only mortals were in soldiers who die in battlefield and while immortals stay back always. those who were mortal kids are warrior who don't let anyone near ranged people. Still there are only few of em left in the academy who got skills other are handicapped and became useless. This immortality runs only for royal people or who are closeer to the king. king is old man his strength comes back only for 24hours in a week and also make him look young for these 24 hours and always when barrier brokes he fight with chosen warrior in the arena by killing each other. This arena held right before the 3 months when barrier is about to broke. To gain immortality they have sacrifice rare animals and drakes. since there is not enough left inside the Barrier only 1000 are immortals and also the kids in the academy are one of them. Now again Ryan was put under trials and found innocent cause he is a mortal and no one knows why immortality didn't work for Bryan higher authorities and mages took custody of his body for their research. In this madness Ryan was when hospitalized he do made a friend. his name is Jimmy Rothardan. he was hospitalized for just his broken leg and have to stay at bed for one month he kept visiting him unlike other people who casted him away. Now Ryan became feared cause he killed an immortal.
