"Hello, girls. What are you doing around these parts?" asks the stranger.

"Right back at you, mister," Clara says, eyeing him with suspicion.

The stranger laughs.

"My name is Jules. Would you like to hear a story?" Jules asks, a dangerous glint in his eye.

"What kind of story?" Katie asks.

"A special story, a story with a twist, a turn, and a tragic ending," Jules says.

"Well, since we're not going anywhere anytime soon, why not?"Emily says, sitting down.

The other girls follow suit until they are all sitting down in front of Jules.

"Now girls, you don't get something for nothing. I'll collect my payment after the story," Jules says, smiling a little.

'What does he mean 'collect my payment'?!?' Emily thinks, alarmed.

"Once upon a time, in a land of kings and queens, there was a prince named Lucas. He was kidnapped by an evil warlock who kept him enslaved in a tower for years," Jules pauses.

"Why did you stop?" Anna asks.

Jules smiles at her.

"It's time for you to finish the story!" Jules says, smirking.

With a wave of his hands, the girls disappear.
