significance

If I were to leave,

Would they finally care?

Would they finally show a want for me?

If I were to tell them my thoughts,

Would they write me off as crazy?

or, Would they show their care?

What exactly do I have to do,

to know that I belong,

That I'm loved,

That I'm important to them?

because nothing I do seems to matter.
