Last time on Drizz and Gang! The group managed to successfully rescue Eden from the cave but upon returning to the village they find it covered in flames as ash falls from the sky.
"I've seen this before. I know it all too well." I said
"What is it?" Nicholas asked.
"Orcs. they raided this place while we were gone and burnt it when they were done."
"M-My Family are in there." Reela fell to the ground crying as she prepared herself to run in, only to be stopped by Crow.
"I'm Sorry... Reela." Crow spoke in a quiet voice, trying to restrain Rena.
Reela fell back onto the ground and was slowly coming to terms with the fact that her family were gone. Back in the cave she always seemed scared and worried about us. But this time she was willing to run into a fire to save her family. I'm truly sorry Reela.
"Let's go. There is no point in us standing around here." I said.
"No. -Sniff- Please. can we stay for a bit longer?"
Both Nicholas, and Eden joined Reela in sitting down on the ground as we watched the entire village burn down in front of us. I stood and listened to the flames as they roared and the ash fell on us. There were no screams from anyone in the village, those had long passed while we were gone.
I could hear their screams inside my head. the screams of my own family trying to escape the same situation.

As the fire began to die down all that remained was ash. Reela and Crow both ran over to explore the ruins. But, while I knew there wasn't going to be anything left, I did the same.
"What should we do?" I asked
"What else can we do? We have to find the orcs and kill them." Nicholas was visibally annoyed, but he still tried to hold his dominant figure.
"If only it was that easy."
"Um. If you don't mind me saying" Eden began to speak. "In the cave I overheard these people talking about the orcs. They said they had to escape before the Orcs attacked."
"So, these people that we were dragging around were behind the attack. Aren't we lucky? Now when they wake up we can have a nice little talk."
"We won't torture them." Nicholas stopped me from having fun.
"Tsk, no fun. I just wanted answers ok?"
"There are other ways to get them to talk."
"Yeah yeah. Do whatever it is you want Mr party leader."
Sometime later the people from the cave woke up. We started to question them and 'torture' them. It wasn't really that bad we just threatened them, that's all. It was some light intimidation.
They weren't professionals and told us everything easily. They told us the orcs came from the east and that we would find a small orc camp if we went that way.
It was most likely a trap but even if it wasn't, 5 people fighting a camp will not end well for us.
We left them here and tied them to a rock so they wouldn't escape. Once Reela and Crow returned from burying the bodies we travelled east to look for the camp.
"I'd recommend we dodge the camp if possible?" I suggested.
"I agree." Reela said
"It certainly would be bad to run into a camp of orcs. Although we might be able to take them." Nicholas suggested.
"What? Don't act all high and mighty now. We don't stand a chance against them. They will outnumber us."
"Yes, but what if we attacked at night? You are an archer and we have a thief, with you two we can pick most of them off whilst they sleep."
Wow, what happened to Mr party leader, he wasn't all that serious before and now he's come up with a plan that might work. As much as I don't like him, I'll have to agree with him this time.
"Very well. Reela, Eden, Crow? What do you think?"
Crow nodded her head and pulled out two daggers, ready to go.
"I shall do it. I have a spell that I can use to distract them."
"I don't know. I'm not sure."
It makes sense for Reela to be uncertain. To encounter the people that just killed your family wasn't easy. Even I was unwary. But I wanted to do it. I have to get my revenge.
"I want us to do it. I think we can do it. With your healing, Reela, we can make it so no one ends up like before. I'm sure we can be fine."
Mr Suddenly Good At Speeches was right. Reela was a healer and we needed her to protect us. We could do it, I know we can. If we all worked together we stand a chance.
We may only know each other for a day or two but I know we can do it.
