Lunch

Jin's POV

We went to Auntie Anne's to get some pretzel and drinks. Then we went back to the dorm to fetch the girls. Luckily this minivan is enough to fit all of us. As Jung Kook was driving, one of them connect their phone to the minivan's Bluetooth and put on songs. It was Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez's song tiltled 'We don't talk anymore'. This is the song that Jung Kook and Jimin covered.

What was all of it for ….." The boys started singing. Even Yoon Gi joined them. He usually wouldn't.

Through the whole journey back, we were just jamming to songs. Upon reaching the dorm, we debated on who wanted to go down and call the girls. But we decide to just call them and the job landed on me.

" Hello Hanuel. We are here." I said.

"Ok oppa. We'll come down now." Hanuel said and hang up on the call.

We were sitting in the car waiting for the girls to come down.

"Hey make space for the girls to sit." I told the boys.

They scooted to the side and left one empty space beside me and another space beside Yoon Gi. Sometimes I felt like I'm taking care of 6 kids that just wouldn't grow up. They are so playful but I couldn't blame them because sometimes I'm also like them. Well when people grow older they tend to miss their childhood or their youth. After 5 minutes, the girls are here.

"Good morning guys." Lilac said.

"Good morning oppas." Hanuel said

"Good morning." Nam Joon said curtly.

"Morning Lilac, morning Hanuel." Jimin said cheerfully and the rest of the guys follow suit.

After we settle down, Jung Kook came down and J-Hope took over the driving. We are going to our favourite restaurant when we were trainee. We had always go there even after we move away from the old company building.

"Oppa where are we eating later?" Hanuel asked.

"We are going to the restaurant that we always go during our trainee years." I said.

"Oh I know that restaurant but I've never been there." Hanuel said.

"Then you're in luck today." I said.

"I can't wait to try the food there." Hanuel said with excitement.

We reach there quite fast as there were no heavy traffic maybe because it was still to early for lunch. We entered the shop and the shop ahjumma(1) greeted us warmly. Every time when we come here, it felt like we have come back home because the ahjumma treat us like her own child. We ordered the normal dish that we usually have and chatted while waiting for the food. Our food arrived quite fast as there were no one because we have booked the whole restaurant because we don't want sasaeng catching us with the girls. We ate in silence as usual because when we started eating we only focused on the food. After lunch, we went back to the dorm. We know that it's best that we spend more time with the girls because we're leaving tomorrow. In the afternoon, I sent Hanuel back to her house and left quickly because I know that if I stay any longer I wouldn't be willing to part with her. When I return to the dorm, Yoon Gi was no longer there, I guess he went and send Lilac back as well.

Chapter 104:

Hanuel's POV

When Jin oppa send me back home, I didn't want to go in because I'm scared of Hazel unnie. I wanted to tell him that I want to stay longer in their dorm. I know that it's impossible because tomorrow they will need to leave for their world tour early in the morning. I toughen up my heart so that I would be able to face her. No matter what I still have to come back and face the demon inside. I walk into the house and find it eerily quiet. Maybe she's still asleep. Having that kind of mindset I ran into my bedroom to hide from her.

"Oh, you finally know how to come back isn't it sister?" I heard someone said mockingly. I was terrified to see her standing behind me with a gun in her hand.

"Unnie what is wrong with you? I just stayed overnight at Jin oppa's house." I said.

"Don't call me sister. Didn't I warn you before? It's only an act in front of others." Hazel unnie said in a warning tone.

"But you're still older than me." I said.

"I don't care. I don't want others to know that I have a sister. Don't you know that you're an embarrassment to me." Hazel unnie said in a disgusting tone.

"If there's nothing else I want to go back to my room." I said.

"Don't you think you have an explanation to make? Did you got there and seduce my Tae Hyung oppa by using Jin as your cover? That's why you stay overnight right." Hazel unnie said while pointing the gun at me.

"No unnie the one that I like is Jin oppa. I didn't even talk much to Tae Hyung oppa." I said with fear clutching my heart.

'She wouldn't shoot me, right?' I said in my heart.

"Don't call him oppa. You don't even deserve to say his name you lowly child of a bastard." Hazel unnie shouted at me.

I took a step backward and cower in fear. This is what I'm scared of. I don't want her to loose control like this and my appa(2) is not at home.

"Now sister.. I want you to go into the basement." Hazel unnie said.

"No….no….. I don't want to go to the basement." I said while tears start pouring out from my eyes.

"Oh now you think you have a choice. Be a good girl and listen to me now. I don't want to hurt you." Hazel unnie said while smiling.

"Unnie please no.... please unnie. I don't want to go there. Please unnie I beg you." I said while sobbing hard.

"Oh stop crying those crocodile tears. You know that I don't fall for those tears right. How come you still haven't learnt your lesson Hanuel? Why must you make me hurt you? You know I don't want to." Hazel unnie said.

"Unnie please.. Let me go and I won't tell anyone about this." I said.

"I bet you have already told Jin oppa and the rest about this didn't you." Hazel unnie said.

"No unnie. I didn't say anything about you at all." I said.

"You think I would believe you. You think I am still as innocent as before." Hazel unnie shouted angrily.

"Now you don't open your mouth anymore. Listen to me and go to the basement before I shoot you." Hazel unnie continue.

I could see the rage in her eyes so I don't dare to provoke her anymore. I've got no choice but to listen to her. I walk towards the place that I swear to never return anymore. This is the biggest demon in my life. When I was younger, Hazel unnie would lock me down here for days as long as appa didn't return. Then she would feed me with stale food and spoilt milk. I've also heard voices down there. I know that those voices are just my mind playing with me but I don't want to go back down there anymore.

"Unnie please don't leave me down here." I begged her.

"As usual I will let you be down here until you're good enough to go back up." Hazel unnie said and locked the metal door.

I curled myself up into fetal position because I was scared. I really hope that Jin oppa would turn his car around and come for me but I know that it's impossible. I don't know how long I was crying until I fell asleep.
